Finally,i can find the place to trust to take care all my family s cars INTEGRETY TRANSMISSION & AUTO REPAIR Please.Be patient to read all my story,why i give INTEGRITY TRANSMISSION an excellent,excellent score. I bought a new Sienna van since 2005.The van run very good until two month ago, i got the signal poped up ,one is check engine and another is vsc off,the van ran not smooth any more. First place, i brought the van to dealer.It took 3 days back and forth,and finally they said transmission problem need to replace new one cost $ 4500 !!!!. I did not agree to fix but i still paid them around $300 because they said it would be help the van run smoother if i change steering and break fluits????. Second place,i brought the van to another dealer,because i think the warranty on transmission still.They checked it and told me inside transmission some wires was not connected good need to take apart cost labor around $300 and so on from that!!!!! which means they were not sure how much total cost to fix the problem?????? . Somehow i still around $200 for new battery????. Third place,i took the van to the place which call the largest transmission specialist.After checking,they said the van need to reset the code and adjust the speed sensors cost $75 buck that is! i agreed .Second day the lights poped up again.I brought the van back,they checked again, they said the sensors no good need to replace new one.i asked them for sure that will fix the problem.they said very much.Alright.i paid $200 more.the third day,the light poped up again, again,again.... every time i came back they just reset the code and the problems still remain!!!! i feeled they did not know what they doing!!!!. After 3 places,i spended around $800. it wasted 1-1/2 month of my time back and forth... INTEGRITY TRANSMISSION.That is the name i googled it...wonderfull . Mr.HENRY VILLEGAS ,he found the problem.He explained to clearly why it caused problem, and warranty if he can not fix it,he will return my money back,he gave me his Toyota Camry to drive couple days while he was fixing my van without charge, not even pay gas. He showed me what people did on my van.leaking,missing bolts.clips under my transmission oil pan.... Now,around 3 weeks,the van ran smoothly,no problems at all.Thank you very much MR.VILLEGAS and your family . what i like about his work: 1--very professional,confidential his work 2-explain to me exactly what is causing problems 2-prise is very reasonable 3-He did what he promised 4-giving me transportation while the car fixing 5-honesty and friendly. I would like to recommend INTEGRITY TRANSMISSION to everyone .

Where can I start? Those of us who are old enough to know good quality from bad know that finding the right person for the job is so hard now a days. Well not anymore!!! Old school virtues, morals, ethics, and integrity are hard to find now a days in every aspect but not here. They are so much more than a business, they are a company that has the old school values with High Integrity. Here your not just a customer or a number, here your treated like family, your made to feel like no one else exists and your satisfaction is all they care about. One thing that that showed this is that anyone who takes enough pride to keep the work area so clean and organized speaks to their work ethics. I had been looking for a transmission shop for a while now and have visited so many that I was starting to believe a good one didnt exist. Well Integrity showed me why they have such good reviews. They checked my car and while they could of recommended further testing for more money, they were honest enough to tell me what was needed without any hidden costs. Because of this I brought my fiancés car in to be checked. The service they provided was fast, accurate and at a very reasonable price, much lower than all the competitors I previously visited. Henry Sr and Henry Jr run a business that abounds with the quality of work, consumer relations, and honesty that reflects on those qualities of the old days where a hand shake and a mans word meant something. Transmissions are complicated and expensive. Henry Sr is the transmission doctor. A good doctor addresses the root of the problem and fixes it. A good doctor does not just fix the symptoms of a problem and mask the true cause of your transmission problems so that they can come back later. Henry knows the underlying causes of transmissions problem and fixes them so they dont happen again. What made me choose Integrity versus the other guys was their 3 year, unlimited mile warranty that you have to pay extra for at other shops. I didnt bother having anyone else look at my van because of that. My broken van was towed directly to them. It was done a week later and they even picked me up from my home to pickup my van. Now thats service!

I was so impressed with the care and quality of work performed on my car 3 years ago that I have since referred my whole family to start coming here for ANY auto repairs and maintenance!
