They make it so easy to book and deliver containers on time to our warehouse and back to the port. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! I shipped my household possessions from Long Beach to Montevideo, Uruguay with these idiots. When the shipment arrived, it had been packed with utter disregard for my possessions. Things had been shoved one on top of each other. Numerous items were damaged and Ive instigated a claim against them for more than $3,000. When I called the VP to complain, he referred me to the insurance company and paid little attention to my concerns STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I used this American Export Lines to ship my mothers personal goods from Los Angeles to Valparaiso, Chile. I did an extensive search for international freight forwarders who have experience shipping personal goods overseas as well as shipping cars overseas. I called several places and this company gave me a good price right on the phone and handled my mothers goods with care. They packed everything safely in the container, I bought insurance but luckily didnt have to use it!
