Do not even deserve a single star . But there is no option to open this page without tapping on the stars . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RHIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY . They will make big promises to reel you in & not keep them . They will overcharge you . Has anyone heard of 53 cubic feet pallet size . That is what they (over) charged me . I had to email them for months to get this settled . Still did not get the full amount back . They will inconvenience you . The company they hired to pack my stuff used already used boxes . A had bought triple layered boxes as suggested by their own employee , as I had told her I have fragile items . They kept assuring & reassuring me that my goods were safe in their boxes . Nothing will break . My items got broken . They also charged me for the brand new boxes .Air7 seas has there own cut in these charges as well . One of the packer wanted my triple walled boxes without paying for them , as he was moving his home . Of course I refused . They did not get my approval to send these people to my home , just called me up the night before they were to show up . When I objected , I was told , I wont get packer for the next two weeks . I had already quit my job since I was moving back toI India & they were aware of my situation . I requested them to send me an email as soon as my shipment reaches Mumbai port . I was not given any knowledge of the whereabouts of my shipment . After I emailed them inquiring about it I was told it Han reached Delhi three days ago . Now , storage charges for those days , that I could have saved if I was informed on time . Also , I was promised that I will not have to pay the congestion charges , which is their way of fleecing money from the customers . I had to fight for that . Their agent who was suppose to help me in Delhi was least helpful , kept disappearing on me . He took all day for the work that could be done in half an hour . He was about to leave me at the storage yard & leave for the day . I was already feeling unwell because of the hot weather , no fluids & running around outdoors , trying to either find him or do his job . So I threatened to sue him & Air7seas if anything happened to me . That is when things got sorted out. He was trying to pretend to be nice to me & hire a small truck for me to take my shipment to Shimla . He quoted Rs13000 , I got the truck for Rs 2000 . This is how much they are looting their customers . He also threatened me that he will get my signature on a piece of paper saying I received the shipment in good condition , were as that was not the case . I wrote on the paper that the boxes were dent & I had not inspected the goods . My items were broken . Their employee told me that if I went with their packers they will cover the breakage 100% . I will be able to recover the full cost .now they have gone back on that as well . I received my shipment on 3of June . I have not received the money from the insurance company ( whatever(Air7seas) has decided to give me till date , i.e. 12-2-2016 . IT IS A LONG STORY OF THE NIGHTMARE I WENT THRU . BUT I HA E GIVEN THESE DETAILS TO SAVE YOU THIS KIND THE NIGHTMARE . DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . THIS COMPNY & ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TRUST

Bunch of thefts حراميه نصابين اتفقت على مبلغ ٢٦٦٠$ واصل الى جده من اوهايو. اليوم يوم وصل الكونتينر يبغون زيادة ١٠٠٠$ عشان الاوضاع السياسية الراهنة. وعلى كلامهم ان شركة الشحن هي الي طلبت المبلغ. تواصلت انا مع الشركة واتضح انهم ماطلبوا هذا المبلغ. بالعقل انا ساكن في جده وش دخل الخلاف الي بين السعودية وقطر. لو انا ساكن في قطر استوعب عادي لاني عندي مشاكل مع المضائق والبحار الدولية. بس جده؟؟؟ حرامية نصابين

Horrible customer service!!!!! I called the company to ask for a price quote for shipping my things to Europe. I literally had to hang up on the woman that i was on the phone with. She was sooooo rude and unprofessional. I told her that she can not talk to a customer like this and if she was going to continue talking to me in that rude way I will have to hang up the phone and not use their services. Her reply was: " go ahead!". So I hang up. She called me back a minute later saying: "we were cut off" I said: " no, we were not cut off. I hung up on you because of how you were talking to me and you told me to go ahead and hang up." After I told her this she did NOT apologize one bit. She just went ahead telling me their prices. Needless to say I am never ever going to use their services!! I am absolutely certain that if they are treating you this badly even when they are trying to get your business, you can expect nothing good from them after they had already gotten your business....

Worst transportation company EVER! This company will subcontract your move out to another moving company to do your move for you. They wont even move your items themselves! They will promise you delivery times, and services that do not fit the description of their selected moving company. The representative that books your move for you will change your delivery times behind your back, then try to blame it on other company moving your actual items. I even heard the manager in the background angry, yelling at his own sales person for promising things that couldnt be done. Dont use this company. They will tell you anything to get your business, but once its picked up, you can believe they will blame it on anything else but themselves. Please whatever you do, reconsider using this company. You will find yourself in a much better position to just get another ACTUAL transportation company to move your items. Worst waste of time in my life.

Whatever you do, do not ship with Air 7 Seas. This company is a SCAM, and I cannot even begin to explain the nightmarish exprience we had with them. We shipped our personal belongings from the US to Denmark. Along the way, they made us pay additional charges, holding our belongings hostage from us. In the end, we paid 3x times the amount they quoted us. And I do not believe for a single second that any of the charges were legitimate. Our goods arrived 5 months later (it was supposedly going to take 8 weeks tops), in horrible condition. Our things were barely in tact, the boxes were in shreds. DO NOT ship with air7seas. The company has no integrity. Also, note that all good reviews on their site, on google, BBB, and yelp are all done by misc indian names. These are not real reviews, the company posts them themselves.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Air 7 Seas. I was importing dog food item in to USA. They provided completely wrong information regarding the necessary paperwork, which made sure my shipment was put on hold by USDA. Air 7 Seas will definitely quote you the lowest price but you end up receiving wrong information and bad service. Because of them I ended up losing the entire shipment (worth $9,000) and had to pay fines to government agencies (about $1,500) and had to pay product destruction cost ($800). In addition, I paid $1300 to the container company due to container hold; initially they wanted $3,500. As I mentioned previously, Air 7 Seas provides horrible service and I implore you to look for a better alternative.
