"Sergei cut my hair beautifully! " I have tricky hair to cut. It is wavy, thick, and frizzy. Ugh. Most hairstylists I go to dont know what to do with it and I come out of the salon looking like I should be in the 80s. Sergei cut my hair beautifully! I was able to go in, plop myself down, and ask him to cut my hair how he thought it would look best. I didnt have to give him any specifics and I came out of there with a haircut that has gotten me more positive comments than I have ever gotten. Sergei is new to the salon, but not new to hair cutting or hair styling. His artistry definitely shows in his work! He suggested some under highlights which also work very well with my hair. Last, but not least, Sergei was the first person to actually give a scalp massage while washing my hair. I was in a very peaceful state for a good 3 minutes while he massaged my scalp. I was seeing someone for a while, who was the same price as Sergei, who needed a picture to cut my hair and definitely did not give a scalp massage. I am VERY glad I walked into this salon and was lucky enough to speak to the owner who suggested Sergei!! I hope he stays around for a while! All of the other staff at the salon are super friendly and the owner even remembered me from the week before when I went into the salon to buy some shampoo.

Angela is the Best!! I have been seeing Angela for almost 10 years, and even after moving to the Sacramento area 5 years ago I still make the trip down to Los Gatos to see her. I went to someone in my area once and said I would never do that again. The quality just wasnt what you get at Nimbus. I have loved everything she has done over the years- from different colors to long and short cuts. Angela even did the styling of my hair the day of my wedding and I felt amazing. She is truely the best and so is Nimbus!!

I would have given a lower rating if that were possible! I went in for highlights and came out with an entire head of orange-blonde hair. Im getting married in a week and now I have to find another place to fix the mess she made. In addition, I told the stylist I only wanted a trim and she chopped my hair For the amount of money they charge i expected a better job....save your money and go somewhere else!

Simply one of the best Salons in the area. Aveda products are without a doubt the bests hair products in the market and Nimbus Salon only uses Aveda. If you want high quality hair, come to Nimbus Salon. Janis is wonderful and is my master hair stylist and Ramon is also a master. You will be happy here.

Went to nimbus after a friends recommendation. Came for a trim, but Sergei suggested a new style for me. He knew exactly what would look great on me. I am very happy with the results. I will be back for sure. Sent my girlfriend to see him, she is happy as well.

Sheri Garrison at Nimbus has been my hairstylist for many years. Let me tell ya, this girl rocks with color, cut, blowdrying and overall "head" therapy! I love and adore Aveda products too. Great salon. great location! I refer tons of people.

Best shampoo experience of my life, and for the first time in a LONG time, a new hairdresser actually listened to me, and collaborated with me, rather than just do their thing! Ill be back!
