Terrible experience. I booked online and got a confirmation email by the Salon, for Highlights costing $70 (no coupons, just standard online booking). I go to the salon at the time and date of the appointment, and they are extremely rude and say that its definitely not going to cost $70 for highlights. I showed them the confirmation email, they said sit down well call the owner. 25 minutes later, the owner shows up, starts having an intense discussion in a language I couldnt understand with the lady at the reception and says there was a mistake in the price and that they cant do $70, but could do $110 for half-head highlights (!) instead. Of course I left, and by that point I had wasted 50 minutes on nothing.

I went to this place for eyebrows threading and full body waxing. Girl who did my threading was good however waxing was equally terrible. They charge $90 for full waxing (full leg, arm, underarm) but I experienced horrible service. Two ladies did my waxing both of them seem inexperienced, they did it so roughly that I got blood spots and it hurts a lot. Save your money and time go some other place there are too many good options in south bay. 2 stars only for good eyebrows service and cleanness.
