Just took a group of 9 to the Spa and on the whole we had a really great time. Everyone generally enjoyed their treatments. A couple folks did mention they wished their massages had a little more pressure. The decor is nice, not Watercourse Way nice, but elegant and relaxing with low lighting, candles and relaxing spa music playing through out. Very clean rooms, linens, showers and waiting rooms. They provided us a guest suite with a nice trader joes spread of muffins, toffee, truffles and lots of fruit and a couple pastries along with juice, spa water and teas. We got an hour to relax and chat before our treatments began. My prenatal massage was done by Nisha. She was great. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and really succeeded at totally relaxing me. She was good to ask several times in the beginning whether the pressure was ok. I recommend Nisha! I followed the 50 mins massage with an hour signature facial. The person who did the facial was friendly but was fairly quick to recommend the product line without much discussion. In hindsight I wonder whether the line she recommended was optimal given I would have been most interested in as natural a product line as possible. She used YonKa which i hear is an excellent line and very expensive. Epicuren was another option and one i believe is more natural. My skin felt and looked great so on balance I was alright with the choice. She also massaged my hands and feet and did a mild scalp massage. Her touch was a bit too gentle and I would have preferred a stronger rub down on both my hands and feet. She did do extractions and was fairly gentle about it. By this point the only thing that would have made the experience perfect was a bed to nap for an hour or so! They had pretty well succeeded in totally relaxing me. Finally the customer service at the front desk, over the phone and with everyone we met along the way was very professional, courteous and friendly. Other details: very nice location...our group grabbed a nice lunch afterwards and we had a ton of options. We even thought about wine tasting. Their have their own parking lot in the back which makes things very convenient. So the bottom line questions: Will I go back: probably, but not soon. Its expensive and most folks in our party who had also been to Watercourse Way said their services were just as good and their prices a little bit more competitive. If I had to take a group again, I would probably book this place again in a heartbeat.

I had a groupon to get my hair cut by Francisco. My hair is straight & fine, but it also had a lot of volume, so people tend to think I have a lot of thick hair. I dont color, perm, straighten, curl, blow-dry, put hairspray or gel in my hair. Now, I live in Cotati and would normally never travel this far for a haircut, but I had an appointment in Fremont on the same day & I called 3 other "high end" salons in Petaluma, Palo Alto, & San Jose (none answered, 2 called me the day after, only 1 left a voicemail-for a blowout, the other called 2 days later) but when I called The Spa I got an answer right away & they were willing to work with my schedule. My appointment was for 10:45 I saw Francisco a little after 11, he greated me then apologized for taking so long with the lady before me. We went to his chair & he looked at my hair told me he was going to change my layers and recommended I get a gloss (which I did) he washed my hair then cut my hair, so that if I was doing a handstand all my hair would be level to the ground, then did the gloss. My hair turned out great minus a couple of spilt ends he missed (I told healthy over long). Only thing I had an issue with is I was not told they were cash only: didnt see anything on groupon, their website, yelp says they accept credit cards, when I made the appointment I was not told.. I found out when it was time to pay, overall everything cost $100, I bank with a credit union where I live & dont carry cash. I had to walk down the street to a pizza shop & use the atm outside their building, the atm charges $2.25. For an expensive place they should accept credit cards, not just cash or check... or at least let their clients know beforehand.

WOW! where should I start? the massage service is simply OUT OF THIS WORLD... you feel pampered as soon as you walk in. Then the robe, the library, the serenity you feel... and right when you think it can not get any better, the masseuse invites you to walk in the impeccable room and that is when you forget everything you left outside and loose yourself in the deepest relaxation! Now, talking about facials... I have to say that it changed my life... YES! Im not overreacting! I had severe adult acne, and I decided to go and give it a try... That Lady SAVED my face! ti the point that I regularly go every six weeks to get a facial! Im just in love with this place!

Tabaitha is my esthetician and has been at TSLG for many years. Both she and Cynthia are perfectionists. Absolutely delightful and enjoyable experience. My favorite place to enjoy a facial. Nice to have the hand and feet massage at the end.

A facial at The Spa - Los Gatos, is one of my favorite ways to totally relax and at the sometime recharge my battery. Their facials are essential, refreshing and a necessity for the skin and soul. Thank you Patti and the team.

Some services are hit and miss but the microdermabrasion is well worth the price. Great results. It takes a long time, however.
