Lhiza is incredible! Besides that fact...she opened this impressive one stop beauty salon, so you wont need to go anywhere else! large screen tvs while you have a cut/style/mani/pedi/massage/facial/makeup? really? sounds like the perfect place to get ready before a girls night out (or have a girls night out at)! Lhiza takes pride and care into her work, she knows what color goes best and advises how to keep it healthy w/ the best product for it. Even if you dont understand the hair jargon she spits (strip, brassy, cuticle, accelerant), trust her, she knows what shes doing. Now i dont know how the rest of her staff is, but because of her standards, im sure shes hired the best. id be comfortable goin in for quick service from any stylist there. why do i say this? coz if u see a slot open for this busy lady, dont hesitate to take it, her times taken up quick!

I had a wonderful experience with Chuck today for my first real Deva Cut. I had a very bad experience last year with another salon "Thirteen" in Walnut Creek. He spent time talking to me and making sure I knew that the end results would be plus understand the current condition of my hair before the scissors even came out of the pouch. No combs were used, only his fingers! Chuck really knows how to handle your hair and provide education for an overall five star experience. My hair is 3C/4A and looks great. Im excited to finally have my curls shaped so my wash and go styles will fall into place.

I made an appointment online for advertised $75 for color and styling. They charged me $105 which is an overcharge of $30. I called manager for refund and she has not returned any of my two calls. The hairdresser Sameh used color after leaving color for half hour which stung my scalp. This is either false advertising online or outright ripping off client. I would like my refund of $30.
