The customer service is terrible. I dropped off my package and the woman at the counter had no idea how to help me and had to get the manager to help me. Of course it was not delivered and I had to call back to ask for help with tracking it. I did not have my tracking number with me and I was told "we send lots of packages everyday" and I should have kept my tracking number for 2 months and there was nothing they could do to help. I will find the tracking number myself and track it myself but I did not appreciate the bad attitude and lack of effort. There are many UPS stores in the area. Do not choose this one.

I had to send some important paperwork overnight to a client last week so I decided to use UPS Store. Then the unthinkable happened--the package was received, but it was ripped up & partially opened. The UPS Store told me to come in & fill out a claim form, but that does not take care of the issue w/ my client-so frustrating! I had to draw up the paperwork again & went to Fedex this time. Fedex delivered the paperwork the next day w/ no issues to the same client.

These guys are great! Super helpful with answering questions, deciding how best to pack and ship, and printing out documents. Theyll check whether standard mail or UPS will be cheaper/faster depending on what you want to ship, which is awesome. Havent had a bad experience after many visits!
