Horrible experience, money grabbing mentality. I wanted to get a quick black n white print. UPS online said it would charge 0.18 $ but pickup would be late in the day. So I decided to quickly go to the store as it is nearby and get the print. I was expecting a self-service station where you can swipe your credit card and get copies/prints (fedex has those). The attendant pointed me to a desktop and told me that I use that but you will be charged to use the desktop. 3$ for 5 minutes of internet just to get a single print. Moreover print cost was 0.5$ for b/w and 1$ for color, not the standard UPS online rate. Since I was in a hurry, I agreed. I just logged in to google drive to get my document and took 2 prints. All of this within 2-3 minutes. When I went to pay, he told me that it was $5. I told him I took just 2 b/w prints, so its 4(3 + 2*0.5)$. He made a face and then asked me that I might have gone over the 5 minute limit. I told him that I took 2 minutes. On informing him that Fedex does not charge internet fees, just for the prints, he made a feeble attempt to argue. I said I have used them and they dont. I handed over a 5$ bill, took the 1$ change and decided I had to write this review.

just took an package to this UPS Store and requested to use their tape gun to put the shipto label to the package. The Indian clark insisted that he needed to charge me for putting a single piece of transparent tape on the label. Oh, please. charging for using just a single piece of tape? this is ridiculous! I have shipped many other packages and used the tape at other stores(mostly FedEx) and never had anyone charging me for a piece of tape. What a crap this store is! The cost of a single piece of tape is probably less than a penny. The profit from shipping a package is many many dollars. And a customer will repeatedly ship. This store just lost a repeated customer forever. Will never go to this store again.

Sent my important mail with highest pay rate, needed to be sent asap but my receiver did not receive the item in time, which is not this stores fault, but when we asked for a refund, got rejected. I even called the UPS main service center to verify that I am eligible for a return since my package did not arrive in time then for what I paid for, but the Indian Clark keeps rejecting even after we verified with the UPS, asked for a manager and tells me he is not there, and refuse to give me any information of their manager. Very disappointed

Horrible. They do not keep regular hours. I was there at 9:35 AM and they were still closed. This casual attitude is not suitable for working with businesses. He told me my package just arrived when I received an email saying it was delivered last Friday (its Tuesday). They were probably closed when delivery was attempted. He accused me of missing my home delivery when it was routed to his store. Very non-professional. I will try the store on Stevens Creek next time.

Thought it was based in India that the Indian clerk NEVER came in to open for business before 9:40am. Its supposed to be open by 9am! I went there three times in different months on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, only to wait to see him come in without showing discomfiture.

Excellent service--highly recommend this place. I was at the front of the store boxing up something to ship, and the store associate made his way from behind the counter on the other side of the store just to see if I needed help. A++
