While visiting family in Manhattan Beach from NJ I walked past the Salon a number of times. Having a particularly bad hair day and wanting a change the day before Thanksgiving I walked in on a whim to see if by any chance there might be an opening for a cut on that day or during the week I was in town. As luck would have it one of the stylists, Corey, had just had a cancellation and took me right in. I wanted a change and felt comfortable with the time she took to talk to me and look at my current style discuss options. I took a shot and let Corey work her magic. She cut at least 4 or 5 inches off and gave me a wonderful style. I could not be happier. I would recommend Corey and Hush Hush to anyone and will definitely make an appointment in advance with her on my next trip to Manhattan Beach.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Ugis is the most talented hair stylist I have even seen! I decided to chop off my hair into a LOB (long bob) and he did it perfectly! Could not be more happy about my hair. You would not believe the amount of compliments I get on my hair EVERY day. It has been 3 months since my last haircut and I still get compliments. People say "I LOVE your haircut" and I havent even gotten it cut recently! Not only is Ugis great, but the whole set-up is lovely. They serve alcohol and the overall vibe is very upbeat and fun! My boyfriend even goes here and will no longer trust any other salon. 5 out of 5, no doubt about it!

I have been to both Hush and Hush Hush and I couldnt give these salons a higher recommendation! The stylists are the best of the business and they really listen to their customers wishes. The cuts are always impeccably done and their colorists are INCREDIBLE. In terms of price, they are on par with other salons in LA- but the personal detail and attention given to each customer makes it money well spent. I go to stylist MELISSA D.- who is at Hush. She is amazing!! I will never trust my hair and color to anyone else ever again! I cannot recommend her enough! :)

ive been going to the same hairstylist in hermosa beach for years and decided that i needed a change. i saw an old co-worker of mine at a bar and could barely recognize her because of her hair. she told me that she had been seeing mellisa g at hush hush. i didnt even know it existed, i had only heard of hush. so after a couple weeks, i decided to finally call. i could not believe the ambiance! mellisa was fantastic, told me exactly what would look good, and the results were unbelieveable. thanks to the friendly staff who gave me a cold beer!!

Hush Hush is the perfect salon, very hip but classy... everyone was so nice. Stephen D. cuts my hair and he is the best hairdresser/stylist I have ever had... he not only listens to you and what you want but also has a great eye for your perfect hairstyle. He is the only stylist I trust completely with my hair. He even entertains you while in his chair... I will never go to anyone else. If you want to leave your next haircut/color with a smile get your hair done at Hush Hush with Stephen!!

I have been by HHHS a few times. Its a cute salon. Its really hard for me to allow anyone to touch my hair. So I decided that the next time Im walking my dog I would walk in to see how their customers react to getting services done. I was impressed by the customer care they give. So I made an appointment for a hair cut. I dont remember the stylist name but he was fantastic. Im glad I found them and happy with the way my hair came out.

Melissa D does my hair cut and highlight and I love her! Shes so perky, always in a great mood and does a great job. Im always complimented for weeks afterward on the style and color of my hair. In my opinion, this salon is better than any other Ive tried in the South Bay area, and its very reasonably priced.

The best salon in all of Manhattan Beach... their digital perm lasts for months and their service is always excellent... only Jenny takes care of my hair... ask for her... she rocks!!!!
