Awful! My husband had been putting off a haircut for a couple weeks and went for a haircut. He went to Natalie and she was awful. He specifically told her not to buzz his hair, yet she did. While she started out by buzzing around the ears and then she just went ahead and buzzed his hair super short! He said to her what are you doing and she then preceeded to tell my husband to use hair product and tried to sell some to him. He said no and she preceeded to argue with him telling him he really should use product By then the damage was done and she had to finish buzzing it but left hairs uneven on the top and his bangs really long in the front. DO NOT GO TO NATALIE. Very poor service and she didnt want to take the time to properly cut my husbands hair. Lazy and cheap hair stylist. I wouldnt even take money from anyone to have his hair cut there again.

Ive been to this Supercuts twice. The first time was with Bruce, and he did a good enough job. But yesterday I got my haircut by Farah, and wow do I regret it. She made my head look like a mushroom! Now the bottom layer flops out and the top layer flops in. Also, she definitely did not listen to my instructions not to take more than an inch! Worse still, she was super condescending. Now I will bite the bullet to get this hack job fixed at a real salon.

I havent had great luck with this location in the last year. Ive been four times. The first time, I was satisfied with my haircut; it looked good when I left the salon and it grew out well. The next time, it was all right (though not great) when I left but grew out unevenly. The last two times it was not great when I left and I had a friend touch it up. Ive given up on this location and will be looking to try another location or another chain.

Sarah cut my hair beautifully, and assisted me in a consultation from Stephanie & Avida regarding color. Avida was excellent in coloring and weaving my hair. Stephanie was knowledgeable and confident in herself, and the stylists. Stephanie also went over the cost priar, by line item. I havent had a shade this dark in 40 years! My husband & I are delighted with the results. Thank you.

I went in for a haircut and there were spots missed and the lengths were all wrong. Also, my neck was not cleaned up very well and had to fix at home along with the spots I could fix on my head and my left ear was also cut. Overall there s good service here but this one time really was not a very good experience.

An Asian woman who works there did a terrible number in my head, Im never going back there. Its hit or miss there, a real gamble, no way, never again.

this was honestly the worst haircut ive ever gotten. uneven, spots missed, just overall terrible. could have done better with a flowbee.

Reasonable prices. Dont like the fact that if I request a specific stylist I have to pay more! That doesnt make sense!
