If I could give this place a negative star I would. Completely unorganized. First time I went in no one greated us or said anything for that matter. So I walk around and start asking barbers if they can cut my sons hair next. Hes 7 and has a low even cut minimum level of difficulty. Im told to have a seat and the next available barber would do it. An hour later he finally gets it cut. Meanwhile during that hour other people are coming in that they are taking ahead of us. When I asked Im told many different excuses "they where here earlier and came back...they where waiting in the car...they went to get change ...ect". I also went for the Monday kids special and was charged more. Which is ridiculous because its a simple cut "low and even". Decided to give the place another shot and AGAIN walked in and NONE of the barbers say a word. We sit and wait to be called next ...For 2 hours!!! While theyre taking other people that walk in (giving the same excuses). We went Monday again for the kids special....this time two other parents where there and clearly irritated (so I know I wasnt the only one). We finally just walked out. Please stay away if you have kids, not worth the headache or blatant rude treatment (letting their homeboys go ahead of others who were there first ). The Monday kids special is a joke. They defiantly need some new managment and training in customer service.

Had an AWESOME experience...my hair was totally damaged to where it would literally break when I brushed it...never failed! I went in today & Pepper worked her MAGIC...not only did she do a phenomenal job on my hair cut but I walked out feeling like a MILLION bucks...no longer ashamed to leave my hair down...I can actually say I will only go here from now on...I was so pleased with my hair that I brought my boys after school to get their hair cuts & am glad I did...if I could give them 10 stars I would #MyNewGoToShop #SatisfiedCustomers

My daughter took my grandson to get his hair line up by and a**hole name Dee and it was a mistake. This a**hole had a attitude and was talking ish. My grandson has Autism & ADHD which makes it hard for him to communicate and hes only 2yrs old but Dee said, he needed to be in a straight jacket and beat his a**. Better Business Bureau

Went in for $7 kid Monday. 2 kids $14 ya no after done $40. Said 1 was $15 and one $25. Had i known wouldnt have had it done. Several other places doing specials for back to school. Im pissed and everyone ahoulf know.
