I called in looking for my preferred hairstylist Penny and they would not tell me where she was. I called floyds in Northridge and made an appointment they were able to get me in today. So happy I found her this place is great no pushy products sales great theme and I get to see my favorite stylist. Supercuts lost me as a client and If your looking for penny you can find her at floyds. Floyds is a great place to go for up to date styles and good conversations.

Bad. They always seem to cut more than what you ask for. But the worst thing about my last visit is the 2 hairdressers and secretary making fun of the last customer, who they referred to as "an illegal who must be living off credit cards." I was very offended. Keep your racist views to yourself and pay attention to my hair. Very unprofessional!

I like this location better than other locations and it not just because its close to my house. The receptionists are always very nice and the rest of the staff is great. Call ahead to get your name on the list before you go because sometimes they are busy and sometimes you get right in.

Theres no point in checking in online prior to getting there. You still have to wait over 20 minutes for a simple haircut. Only two hairstylists on weekdays.
