I have so bad experience from Vanessa Im never go this salon its first time,because my hairdresser he is out of state, Im trying to trust someone else ! And my hairdresser he works in Tru Salon so perfect!!! When I go to super cut Im trust my hair to Vanessa OMG I tell her I want silver hair color and she do blond I show her picture and she says I do it! When she is finished 1 all my t-shirt is wet ! 2 my hai its onion color 3 she burned my hair Im so upset I go home and Im start itching wow I see big picese scalp And start my help itching and stay red everywhere I called her I am complain her she say shes professional Im start laughing she say can you come and your fix-it your hair actually Im not trust her but because Im pay $180 I see thats OK I go one more time maybe she fix it oh my goodness she do same think and she take me go with little bit blow dryer my hair its very wet same story again each Inc. she doesnt wash well the highlights thats why started itching and redness everywhere please friends careful she doesnt know nothing for the hairstylist or hair coloring nothing and my fault for I go to super cat maybe some people its happy with her I dont know but for me please friends so careful with her shes so dangerous and she is no friendly

I was charged $110 for haircolor and highlight plus cut. And I got totally disappointing result. A white blond girl had no clue and she had to ask another hairstylist many times to finish my highlight. and still couldnt do right. Money wasnt my concern as long as I get what I paid for but I felt so ripped-off. I mean, if I had to pay $110, I should been to the Hair Salon in Beverly Hills and it wouldve been better result. Start off with her helpless whatever attitude. She seemed like she didnt want to do all this work. And she didnt try to understand my need. She didnt even try to achieve the result I want but just giving me her excuse. She wasnt creative. the result of haircut wasnt impressive at all. Id say that she is not a hairstylist, She was just a barber. Overall, unprofessional mediocre barbers with lack of service and overcharges. I will never ever go back again and not even recommend to my friends, co-workers and family.

Staff is friendly, but not very good at following instructions. I indicated exactly what I wanted, but the results were not even close to what I described. Instead of trimming to maintain the cut that I had, she pretty much cut everything off. I had even showed reference pictures as a guide, but I have a feeling most of the employees are used to doing buzz-cuts for children or something. I will not be returning to this supercuts.

The worst experience ever. Im never going back there again. Vicky that cut my hair in 5 MINUTES. That should be a record. Not only did she mess up my hair., she was very rude. She must have gotten her Cosmetology license from a Clown school. Because my hair cut , was a complete joke. Dont go there.

Ive been going here for almost two years. My stylist is Amanda and shes amazing. Many products to choose from and very reasonable prices. I get my brows and hair done all the time. Love the stamp card that gets me a free cut after the twelfth cut and free brows after the 9 th.
