I went to this UPS store to fax confidential documents to a school. It had my social, full name and basically everything else you dont want people to have. I asked to have it faxed, which took forever since they were staffing only two clerks and had a line of 7 other people, all faxing. Finally after waiting around half an hour, the clerk asked us what we needed in a non-caring voice. She took the papers and stated processing the fax without telling us how much it would be, despite both of us asking how much it was. It wasnt until after it was done we found out the price. Furthermore, SHE FAXED IT TO THE WRONG NUMBER! Not only this but when we returned to get it faxed to the right number she gave us an attitude. Now my information is floating somewhere in the hands of someone else. This was the most horrific customer service i have ever had. The Clerks name was Ester. So if you want your personal information to be spread to people you dont know, use this UPS store.
