Worst Logistics Company EVER. Tracking - a joke. Delivery estimation - Id rather wait for the cable company. Customer service for inquiries - that exists?!?, because Ive never received ANYTHING more than an auto-reply email "well call you" and never do. Self-proclaimed as the "leading same-day delivery" courier - appalled that there could possibly be worse. "Facilitate deliveries 24/7, 365" yet they close at 5pm; Ive seen UPS and FEDEX still on route at 9pm UNTIL THE JOBS DONE. Lastly, I was an operations manager for a logistics company for 6 years. We had "proof of delivery" (PODs) on EVERY shipment, 2 hour response to inquiries MAX, and routes didnt stop until ALL the work was done (even when trucks broke down, you find a way). For people to be this bad at your ONLY task takes quite some skill, and not the good kind. People this horrible didnt pass the probation period at my work, I wouldnt allow it. How ANYONE would contract with or willingly courier anything with Dynamex shocks me, regardless of price rates. If you dont have integrity and transparency in logistics how can anyone trust you to do what they pay you for? UPDATE: 4 days later I got an email claiming they never were given the item. Seller claims item was sent. Doing business with the same seller, I believe thier reputation better. My items were "lost" somewhere, probably now with sticky fingered owner.

This by far is the worst carrier company ever! I strongly suggest that Amazon find an alternative service for their same day delivery. Their delivery people are too lazy to come into the yard and leave the package at my door. Im a society where package theft is running rampant, dynamex is helping the thieves. Every time they deliver a package, they just toss it over the fence and leave it in pain sight of any passerby. Today, they tossed the package into the mud, two feet from the fence AT THE GATE OPENING!!!

Pathetic company, useless customer service. Amazon has revolucionazed e-commerce and rely on this joke of a company? Lame excuses, they could not enter my gated communitiy where theres people entering all the time including all kinds of service companies. I guess they saw a gate and kept driving...

Ordered a $211.00 textbook from Amazon. Instead of opening the gate and placing the parcel on the porch or calling the number on the package, the driver simply tossed the package over the fence where the sprinklers nailed it. Will contact Amazon so these guys never again touch one of my packages.

Horrible service. I live in a gated community with a call box right at the gate that I can let people in. Every time, they drive up to the gate and just leave! I know if they call because it goes right to my cell phone.

The same day shipping from amazon is always amazing! I get it in a reasonable time.... also if one of the drivers has trouble finding the house they always call and are super nice!
