I paid for over night shipping, to arrive on Friday AM. There was an error on the zip code, done by the person who typed the invoice. They claim my son over looked it so therefore its not thier fault. Zip code was corrected but package will be delivered on Monday because they didnt have a driving until then. Unbelievable!!! I have to personally drive over an hour to pick it up. Oh if that isnt enough, I asked the representative to hang up so I can be transferred to the automatic survey. As I type they have not hung up 20 min has passed. Bad customers service.

If I could give them no stars I would! The customer service at FedEx in general is awful. This branch attempted to deliver a package while we were on vacation that required a signature. We have no idea what the package was as we hadnt ordered anything. We called to request a different delivery day so we could be home and they refused and s by the package back to the manufacturer! We still dont even know what it was as they wouldnt give us any info about who shipped the package! Use UPS or USPS as they are both more customer friendly!

A package that was being shipped 2-day that I needed to sign for was shipped from this facility. My tracking info said the package was put on the truck at 11am. At 8:01pm my tracking info said the package was back at the facility. I never received an update that it wasnt going to make it. I stayed home all day. Now the package wont be here for 4 more days. Disappointed.

I paid extra for 1 day shipping and at 10:08am my order was on a truck out for delivery and by 7:42pm my package was back in the FedEx facility in transit. Ive waited all day and paid extra to make sure it came early just to find out the package was postponed until the next day.

Fed up with Fed Ex. I live 2 towns away from the main facility. I wasnt home to accept my package delivery so I had to drive there to pick it up. To top it off, they wanted my ID which was in my other purse at home. Needless to say I threw a fit.

Poor customer service if your package shows that its at their facility but not due to the following day they will tell you that its still packed so they dont have to be bothered with you and make you wait until due date!!

The worst location ever. I ship every week from this location overnight to Chicago and it gets lost 3 times a month / maybe one package a month comes on time. Fedex is not doing anything about it !
