THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everyone in that store should be fired. I was trying to send about 13 packages and tried to use my company account and they said they couldnt help me. I asked for the manager and apparently I was talking to the 17 year old manager who has no professional skills whatsoever. She didnt know a number to the office I needed to get my weigh bills at and pretty much didnt know a single fn thing about UPS or their affiliates or how to charge my account. I then had to call the corporate offices whom also LACK knowledge about anything with my company account. Finalllllly I got a hold of a different franchise off Howe rd. and this lady knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. She explained step by step how I could print my own labels charging a third party account. It took me 5 minutes. IDK why they dont allow franchises to just charge an account but its really inconvenient. Im normally in a hurry. I dont have a tape measure or a scale with me to do that crap. I want to be able to drop my stuff off give me account number and be done. Isnt that what ups employees are paid for? or do they just get paid to sit on the phone and say idk to any questions any customer has. Im really disappointed that UPS is the only way bc I would never do business with UPS again. This is not the first time they have given me ridiculously lazy customer service or couldnt help me at all and I have to search around for 1 of the 995332422 employees they have to get one who knows a decent amount about their job. ALL IN ALL im driving 25 minutes out of the way just to not go to the UPS store in Citrus Heights.

Absolutely no customer service and very rude. I brought in several things to mail and had to buy envelopes. Through the whole process the lady was rolling her eyes and sighing at me because she had to do her job. In the end I had to buy one small box for $2.99. With everything together my price should have been only about $8. However my total came up to 17. I was so irritated by the way I was being treated that I just left. But when I got to the car it dawned on me my price should not have been $17.00. I went back in to question as it appeared that 8 things were charged on the receipt but I only mailed 6 and the 2 other charges were higher than anything than anything that I had purchased. As I walked back into the store to question those charges. The lady was slumped over the counter and rolling her eyes and looking at her co worker. I have never experienced such bad customer service and rudeness anywhere. She proceeded to tell me that she charged me 4 dollars and 50 cents to fold up the box and $3.50 to put tape on it. Honestly I would have accepted those prices if that was the policy but because she was so rude I will never do business there again

I have used this UPS Location a number of times and I have to be Honest, each time I am as Unprepared for the transaction as I was the Previous Time. I have Never Encountered a Problem here at this Location. And I am Really Disheartened at Hearing these Complaints to the Point Where it makes Me Question the Sincerity and Truth of said Complaints. These two Young Ladies,(Alex and Amanda), have Always Presented Themselves Professionally and Quite Friendly and Im a Gregarious Often Difficult Person to Deal With. Though, I Must Admit, I Like to have a Good Time when Im Out and About. If You would like to get Your work done and send a package or fax or even open up a mailbox, I Highly Recommend This Location. I Believe These Young Ladies will Not Only Treat You with the Highest Level of Professionalism but they will become Endeared into Your Heart if You Allow them to. STOP The Hate People! Yay Skittles! Awful! I spent $180 shipping a thanksgiving present to my little brother who is serving in active deployment over seas. It took a month for it to get to him and everything...I mean everything was broken. I had that thing packaged up like so tight with bubble wrap and tape. On top of that....they spelt my bros name wrong and after he entered all the shipping information in....he says "whoops I forget to change the insurance from the standard $50 to $200 like you requested..." he proceeds to guilt trip me so he doesnt have to "start all over" in order to fix the insurance. Screw this place. Will absolutely never use ups again. Awful people....which reminds me...what kind of employee tries to engage a customer in a political debate while their trying to ship a package??? Ugh so incredibly annoyed.

This has to be the "WORST" customer service we have ever had! We are dealing with a damaged package that we bought insurance on. Depending on how the claim is handled will depend on if we add to this regarding the damage. This is about all the calls my husband has made in the last 3 days and "STILL NO RETURN CALL" even though the message states they we call you back within one day. You would think that a customer with a problem is something they would want to address, at least to avoid getting comments here or anywhere for that matter. Our advise to anyone wanting to use a UPS store, check the reviews (we didnt and wish we had) and choose wisely.

What an awful experience. I was told that I would get a tracking number in my email but never received one. Called them and gave them all the details for the shipment ,even the reference number. I was told they could not locate it . Are you serious ? You cannot locate a reference number generated by your crappy system? This is the first and last time I am using UPS for any shipments and particulary this store.People working here probably need a crash course in Customer Service

Sent an item $80 item for return to a private seller on Amazon and now the seller is saying they have yet to recieve the item. Id say its poor customer support from ups employees not advising a tracking number as part of a standard procedure for items worth x amount of dollars...now Im out $80 from an unprofessional Amazon seller and the employees are flat out rude asking about my issue over the phone. Always used ups wont be back ✌

Unfortunately there is one lady who is absolutely rude and seems to be irritated at the fact that she has to do her job. She used to work at the store on Sunrise and when it closed she moved to this store. I couldnt believe I still have to deal with her. Everybody else is really nice and helpful but she just ruins the quality of customer service for the whole store.

The owner of this store (and UPS Store #0814 on Sunrise) trains employees to sell an expensive shipping option without giving customers other options, unless they know to request one specifically by name. At the Sunrise store they tricked my wife into paying $17.30 to mail a music CD! When I called to complain the employee said the owner Kelly taught them to do this!
