The staff at UPS Store located at 1163 E. March Ln., Stockton, California is by far the best I staff I have ever come across. The owner, Karen, provides detailed information and is patient with all my transactions. I used to think that UPS was an expensive way to ship, but after I learned more from Karen and her staff, I have changed my mind. I only use UPS now and I make it a point to ship ALL my packages with Karen and her staff at the UPS store. Karen, if you see this, thank you for everything! You make shipping packages a joy, not a nightmare like at other stores.

Horrible service....didnt have a printer to print out my return label that was emailed to me. So i thought ups store would help me out. The woman working told me shes not supposed to print or let customers use their computers....then she says "ill do it for 3 dollars"...now how in the hell are u gonna charge me for something your not supposed to do??? B%@$#.....

I felt very unwelcome and when I asked a questioned about whether my box was in proper order for shipping, the lady ignored me. She impatiently grabbed the box, scanned it, and then threw it into a disorganized shipping pile on the ground. The employees in this store need a lesson in HOSPITALITY.

Spoke with one woman that couldnt wait to get off the line. Going to avoid this place like the plague if they provide one-word, impatient answers to my questions on shipping materials.

We asked to make a certified copy of a work license, but they said that they do only prove if you make signature on some document then they prove that the signature was yours.

Customer service is great. Sometimes I have issues that are above their ability to solve but they do everything they can to try and help.
