Since I filed a claim in August of this year with UPS by them either losing or leaving a $1200 iPhone on my visible doorstep from driveway, sidewalk and street that had all my information and recordings on it for two lawsuits both medical malpractice and workers compensation for 7 hours or more according to paperwork which they denied the claim without sending me a paper as to why to avoid paying, or to be able to appeal the matter higher or take it to court, they have them since refused to deliver a single package to my doorstep. Mind you Im fully disabled in a wheelchair and have been told under narcotic medication Im to drive an hour round trip daily to get my packages, umm how do we say discrimination, fraud and illegal ADA non compliance with accommodation not to mention forcing a disabled person to pick up packages by driving under the influence or I do not receive them in extortion capacity. I even have a recording from my drivers supervisor Kim from the Rocklin center cussing me out and admitting to stalking me on Yelp, Twitter etc on company time to complain about my reviews of other companies. Scary to have a stalker but I must be very interesting to be searched online and a real threat to be stalked on social media during UPS hours, which is an employee violation but she didnt get in trouble. My only ramification at this point is to posted all over social media and lawsuit in court for violations of my rights, fraud and ADA discrimination, also denying my claim and illegally not supplying my rights to appeal by receiving required documentation which UPS did not send me required documents. As far as service goes Ive already gotten Amazon to never use UPS again for my Prime packages they use USPS or FedEx so I still get Prime and never have to deal with UPS. What would happen should more people complain about UPS loosing business one person at a time. So far with me they lost 3 people & 3 business not counting the few friends following suit by the day. UPS is nothing but a bunch of lying, stalking, trashy individuals who extort, commit fraud, discriminate and refuse to let you speak to people of authority at all costs very suspicious.

Rocklin hub sucks. I have a UPS My Choice account, which is supposed to give me automatic updates on delivery. A package that I needed to have today (Thursday 12/11/14) has been in the hub since 2:45am 12/10/14. It was originally scheduled for delivery on that day, but wasnt delivered. I checked the website, and it was labelled "Information Unavailable." I checked it again today, and the delivery date was changed to tomorrow, 12/12. Again, NO update via email. Gee thanks, UPS. I had to reschedule a large service call because you decided to flake out. Update 12/12 I got an email from UPS at 3am saying that my the trailer was not unloaded yet, and my delivery would be rescheduled. I looked at the tracking, and the Rocklin Hub (the destination hub) had sent it to South San Francisco, and then it was re-sent back to West Sacramento, waiting to be unloaded so that it could be sent back to Rocklin! I would give 0 stars if I could.

This location of employees went above and beyond for me & my bridal shop this mlrning and Im so very greatful! They spent over 2 hours searching for a package that was in a trailor for holding since my shop is closed Mondays and today is Monday. Fabric was being delivered since my designer made the dress too short. My customer is leaving to Tahoe in 2 days for the destination wedding. I explained the urgency and they delivered t9ask at hand. If you only knew half the story, it would be impressive for all parties involved . To keep it short, thank you thank you so much for all you did for me today. The dress will now be made in less than 24 hours and my customer who doesnt even know the history of this fiasco will be so happy to pick up her bridesmaid dress tomorrow. The wedding photos will now be as they should be, perfect and beautiful!

If I could give a "0" I would! I was at my place of business in the back at 10:30 am and open at 11am The package was being delivered, but I took about 45 SECONDS to get from the back of the store to the front door! Low and behold the SOB was already gone? What the hell???? I cant believe he couldnt wait 15 more seconds for me to get to the front? They are in to much of a hurry! Get real? They cant deliver at any specific time! If I wanteed to pick it up I have to have a written note with my business logo in it or they cant release it! I DON"T HAVE TIME FOR ALL THIS! I needed that package TODAY and now its my fault and so they pretty much said on the phone its my tough luck! You guys SUCK!

Driver picks up 65" Sony Bravia 4K TV from home and trucks it from Rocklin to South Florida- a very bad decision to ship: Large original box received trashed and TV smashed. No liability claimed by UPS; driver arrives four hours late with no manual shipping label in hand. TV then shipped from UPS Rocklin Customer Center with "no declared value". UPS offers a $100 settlement on a $1,200 damage claim. Cannot make direct phone contact to location; calls from a useless "private number" regarding damage claim. Can only speculate why merchandise was incorrectly shipped with no declared value- limiting UPS financial liability to just a $100 "settlement".

UPS is the worse delivery services of all delivery services. I would give it a zero if I could. We have lived at the same address for 46 years, yet UPS cannot find our house.. They always take our packages back with "incorrect address." Fed X and the postal service have no problem finding our house - it has 10-inch numbers on the front of the house. Do your drivers read English? We have a big sign at the end of our street with the name of the street - it even has numbers of the houses here, yet your drivers cannot find us. I think the Rocklin office needs new management.

I had a package sent over night. It is five days out and still no delivery. I called and they have it on hold. They said the roads were blocked and couldnt get to the house. Hello, I can come and go all day long. Why cant they deliver an important package. Now in order to get it I have to drive to Rocklin to get the package I needed last week. Whos going to reimburse what I paid for over night?? Im not happy with UPS as they are not doing their job. They cant even get out of their truck and walk a couple houses?? Thats a shame people cant do their job.

Why cant I talk to someone at the Rocklin location? I talked to a guy on the phone named "Joe" with a heavy Indian accent for 15 minutes and all he could tell me was that I needed to contact the shipper and he couldnt help me. I get UPS packages regularly. Our regular driver is awesome and shes friendly. Every time shes gone my packages get delivered to the wrong address or lost and then UPS customer service cant do anything about it. FedEx will call the driver and have them contact me directly if there are delivery issues. UPS doesnt give a crap.
