I just left your store after attempting to send some packages. When you left (I walked in about a minute before you left and you had greeted me cheerfully), your worked mumbled under her breath how "great it is to fly solo all day." She helped the lady in front of me, for which I waited patiently and quietly. A woman walked in after me and asked if I was waiting and if I had been helped. I said yes, I was waiting and hasnt been helped, but had only been there a few minutes. The lady after me had a purple package to drop off and wanted to pick her mail up, but didnt have her key. Your worker proceeded to handle her transaction (which took long enough that the lady was uncomfortable that she had been helped before me and apologized twice while your worker was running around dealing with the transaction). I told the lady it was no problem and certainly not her fault and continued waiting quietly and patiently for the worker to do my transaction. It got to my turn, and the worker quoted the price for my first box, which was about $10 more than what I had been quoted online, so asked her to quote the 2nd. I decided to just go ahead and send both, and the worker took an extremely rude tone and said, "are you sure? I dont want you to be unhappy." I had been silent and pleasant up until then, which was when I finally gave her some feedback, telling her it was too late, I was already irritated when she wasted more of my time helping someone who had walked in after me. Her response was, "you know what? You can take this to the post office." And shoved my packages aside and addressed the person behind me. That was such a circus of an exchange and as a business general manager, I would certainly want to know of that was happening in my establishment. The behavior from start (with the comment about working solo she uttered under breath) to skipping me in line without so much as an acknowledgement or asking if I minded, to how she wrapped things up was nothing short of unacceptable. She should be embarrassed and ashamed. If I were the owner, I would be, too.

I went into the store to print. I already had my documents on a flash drive. Moorey said that inorder to plug my flash drive up to the printer it will cost me 99 cents. Just to plug it in, he goes on to tell me that it will cost 50 cent per page on top of the 14 cent per page increase because the pages are color. The thing is, his attitude was so nasty towards me that I will not spend a dime with ups. He did not want to help me from the beginning, as I walked in his body language changed and his eyes rolled. He gave me every feeling of I dont want to help the black girl with the children today look. Well moorey, I am a foster mother and those children were counting on making pictures for their mother and father because they miss them. Before you judge someone on paper appearance know that Ive spent enough money with ups that Ive probably paid your salary by now. When you work with the general public, BLACK people will shop and use the facility. I wont spend another dime here, not for my small business or for the foster children printing or shipping. You should be shamed.

Horrible, terrible, do not go here if you can help it!!!! The two guys there are greedy pigs. I have called and gotten quotes from them, and every time its the same thing, I get in there and the price changes. Then they play stupid like they have no idea what Im talking about. There are only two employees!!! Then when I got upset this last time and told them I had already gotten a quote from them, the guys got rude with me and told me if I didnt want to pay more money go somewhere else. So I did.

Im a top seller on Ebay, so I know a little about sending packages. The original owners were good people. the new guy behind the counter is rude and abrasive. Out of laziness he lied to me and told me that it was against UPS policy to send certain packages. Yet, the nice man at the other Carmichael UPS store sent them right through. Im definitely switching, you should too.

Greedy Liars! The owner refuses to take any responsibility for my broken shipment! The owner is the one that accepted the package for shipping, then when it broke, he played dumb. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!

I love the staff at this location. An important package was lost by UPS after if left the store. It took over a week to retrieve it, but they never stopped until it was back in my hands.
