Worst two experiences in my life. The manager/owner is absolutely terrible. A young woman works there who is great, but I feel the owner is scamming people. I wanted to print 1 document and 1 PDF. The manager didnt know what a flashdrive was, so the young woman had to help me. I was quoted at $.16 a page. Fine. The girl started to ring me up and the manager came running up, speaking in broken English, about a $3 surcharge since I plugged in my flashdrive. How else would one print something? I never heard or been charged in the past for printing off of a flashdrive. Its kind of necessary. The girl looked at him with complete confusion. So he doesnt know what one is, but hes the only person there who knows it cost $3 to use one? SCAM. I also went to ship something. I used a different ups store before, shipping to Idaho. Sent many things many times. Ranges from $9 to $10. The time I go to the Lincoln store, and again, helped by the owner, he said it would be $12 (higher than usual, but fine) and then charged me $18 because he opened my package and said something needed to be wrapped with a 10 inch by 10 inch piece of bubble wrap. A) why the hell is he opening peoples boxes, B) that an expensive of piece of bubble wrap.

I have been to this place quite a few times to notarize documents and ship packages and every single time I have felt like the owner and his family at the counter were disrespectful towards me and my family.They did not greet us and seemed very annoyed by our presence , made sarcastic comments and asked unprofessional questions.I felt as if I was being discriminated. I suggest they work on their customer service skills and fix their indifferent and judgemental attitude towards their own people.

I have been in the store 2 times, and during the first visit they charged me $50 to ship a bag of dog treats and a bag of coffee grounds in a small box to Idaho. The second time, they charged me $10 to send a single pair of flip flops in a Manila envelope to Idaho, and upon the envelope arriving in Idaho, the sticker on the package said the price was $3. Their customer service is not the friendliest to begin with, and now theyre scamming their customers. Will not be returning again.

Amazing store, I had gone to 3 different stores to ship my medical equipment and all other stores couldnt do it. Here they took one look and said "yes we can do that." They were very helpful and accommodating. They packed and shipped my expensive equipment and it arrived at its destination in perfect condition. I would recommend this store highly to anyone and their great customer service.

I had to print 100, 20 page color presentations that had to be bound and I needed them in one day. These guys did a MARVELOUS job, the color was brilliant and the job was completed on time. I will take all my print jobs to this store from now on. Thanks for all the hard work, SUPERB customer service and the extra effort.

This store did an absolutely AWESOME job of packing and shipping 10 very old, precious crystal water glasses, which had to travel 2,000 miles to Wisconsin. All arrived in perfect condition. We cant say enough about the care given these family heirlooms. These guys are total professionals. THANK YOU>

The people are helpful and very good at packaging, but this place is expensive ! I was going to ship a laptop from this store to San Francisco and the total cost would have been $35, I ended up taking it to the Fedex location down the highway on Lonetree and shipped it for $11.

The worst customer service I have had anywhere. They charged me $2 to forward them an email of shipping information. I understand we all need to make money, but some that is just greedy. Help your customers and make more money when they return.

Ive had a mailbox at this location for several years and you cannot ask for better owners.They help out with my packages and the service is the best around. If you need to ship anything or get a notary, this is the place.
