From head of security to management on hub and preload side they all need to be terminated. Their practices on how they treat their employees is unethical and unprofessional . A coworker was just terminated for something they did not do after working here for almost 4 years. .when they file for a class action lawsuit against this company i pray to god the victim gets their justices. Do not apply for this hub/ pre load. Unless you want to get accused of opening openes packages, damage packages because and so on. Unless you are buddy buddy with the managers expect to get terminated everyday for b.s they know they wrongfully terminated this co-worker aswell becuase all the managers from preload been acting weird not showing up to their job and trying to act is if theyre doing their job trying to save their own behinds. Management is a virus to this company They all need to be replace. At this hub we recieve damaged packages, open packages with contents already missing. We contract our drivers with no loyalty to fedex . They will always suspect the worker who walks in and out security metal detectors before they suspect a driver taking customers packages where ever they please. Its been incident where packages came up missing never to be seen or heard from again. Last touch by the driver possible not scanned by accident by the pakages handler. I been witness to seeing packages opened. Instead of managers reporting the packages properly. They will retape the package and send the. Whete they need to go. Ive seen packages sealed going down the belt making it into the trailer but when the driver delivered they come back with complaints with missing content. Managers know this is a violation so theyll throw package handlers under the buss. We have managers who sexually harrased female workers. Talk about female worker amongst other male workers. If you feel that you are being retaliated on by managers you fear if you talk to h.r. they will tell managers who made the report. A coworker had an issue with managers she was pull into the office and told them she was going to h.r the manager then said even if you do ill get word back this was after she said she witnesses a co-worker placing a packages that didnt belong to his wall underneath the belt. Later that same co-worker was promoted to flow control while the reporting worker was dump back in the trailers. Its so much that goes on at this location. Honestly wish they conduct an internal investigation on management. It doesnt make any sense that someome who been working there for song long would get terminated on being suspected of opening a package with no proof that they did. Meanwhile managers who curse and talk mess about employees still get to keep their job

Im a driver and I been here couple time its the worst place ever that non of the drivers wish to have a load here because of the waiting time!!!!! I think the management have to do something about that this is the second time in roll that I wait over 13 hours!!!!! And when we asked the ppl in the linehaul why is this going on!!! The answer is ( we are behind).... This is really sad a Company like fedex ground have this kinda problems!!!! Please we need to get over with that.. And get this problems fix!! Thanks fedex ground for having such a great location like this...

This job is pretty good. But its a hard labor one. Theres two things everyone should know about before you join the team at FedEx ground. 1) no cell phones at all when you work. You have to lock them in a locker which are outside or leave them in your car. 2) no set schedule at all. They only tell you the start time the next day you work. All in all this job is okay but if we could bring our phones and have a schedule thats a A plus job in my book.

My package should of been delivered already it was in sacramento for 3 days pending instead it took another route to chicago. Now I have to wait another week for it to come back. Horriable. Last week I had a t.v delivered stupid fedex guy was dragging it down from the truck and to my front door. I yeild at him and told it said fragile on the box and for him to pick it up. I should of kicked his a$$
