My package was shipped from NFL Shop from OH last Decmber 13 (I paid for the item last December 11, 2016). It was smooth sailing until it reached Fedex Smartpost in Phoenix, AZ last Decmber 19 and it was stuck there until it moved again on December 22, 2016. I was already angry at this time because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. I have been calling Fedex and all they can tell me was because it was Christmas. And I told them precisely why I ordered it December 11th, two weeks before Christmas. Then after it left AZ last December 22 (this time they are saying it will arrive in OR on the 24th at the end of the day), it stopped at Fedex Smartpost in Sacramento, CA on December 23 and that was it! The date that they posted was it will arrive on December 29. THIS IS REALLY A JOKE WHICH IS NOT FUNNY! If I could give a negative 10, I will give that score to Fedex Smartpost: -10.

FedEx Smartpost is a joke. We have been waiting on a package going from Southern California to Northern California for FIVE days, and expected delivery isnt for another 5 days. The package is actually in Sacramento, but we dont have access to it. My husband called several times to try to get it held for us so we could just pick it up rather than wait another 5 days for no reason what-so-ever. The manager he finally spoke to told him hed place a hold on it, but of course, that didnt happen. TEN days for a package to go from one side of the state to the other. In the future, I will purposely avoid online sellers who use FedEx.

HORRIBLE! My package was supposed to be delivered on thursday. No delivery attempted because of "local weather delays". Thursday was a gorgeous sunny day so that was a false reason. i was promised it would be delivered friday... no delivery attempt on friday. I was then GUARANTEED it would be delivered on saturday along with another package i was waiting on. They didnt show on saturday and there isnt a reason why. The location is closed on monday so i have no idea when this package will come. I am out A LOT of money because these packages didnt show by Sunday.

I gave one star because i cant give zero. I had a package scheduled for delivery on 7/15. 7/15 comes and goes with nothing. I check the FedEx tracking site and it now shows No delivery date available...it stays this was for 3 days, then changes finally to delivery date of 7/18 by end of day. End of day comes on 7/18 and it again shows no delivery date available, so i email fed ex. I then get an email stating it was delivered. I check and my package was tossed over my fence and left there. I will NEVER use Fed Ex Home delivery again. HORRIBLE service

Same experience as others with SLOW delivery. It arrives in Sacramento pretty fast, but then gets delayed a few days while it sits to get transferred to the post office for delivery. If USPS had been used in the first place, those lost days would not have happened, as it always does. I now avoid online purchases that indicate they use FedEx SmartPost, and try to stick with USPS, which always comes days faster. FedEX.... WORST SERVICE EVER, and have become a joke!!!!!

Fedex SmartPost is terrible! Tracked my package online through Fedex and it showed that it was in Sacramento out for delivery on Friday 6/23. It never came, I then received an update stating that it had an expected delivery date for Friday 6/30! It showed that it was still in Sacramento at the Fedex SmartPost facility! What the heck, why does it take another week to be delivered? I could literally walk to where it is and pick it up! Fedex is really screwed up!

Item was scheduled 10 days out and Fedex stated it would not be delivered ANY LATER than 5/24/17; that was later changed to 5/25/17! Then, for some reason, it was delivered on 5/23/17. So, instead of giving them 1 star, Im giving them 3 (deducting 2 for erroneous dates).

ordered a part a week ago from New Hampshire to the South Bay Area. Arrived in Tracy, CA Wednesday, 2 hours from home. It sat there all day thursday, then they shipped it today to their Sacramento Fedex "smartpost" now 3 hours drive from home. (this is getting silly)
