The package that was to be delivered today requires a signature. They attempted to deliver it at 1:22 pm. Both my wife and I work so no one was around to sign. I call FedEx and was told that they couldnt transfer me to the local delivery office to arrange something but would try to ask them to re-deliver it later in the afternoon. Two hours later I get an email saying that they would try again tomorrow. I call them back to ask if it was possible to pick it up at the hub and was told that I used the wrong version of FedEx for that option. If I had used FedEx Express instead of FedEx Ground, I would have been allowed to set that up. I asked if I could set up a delivery time so that I wouldnt have to burn a vacation or sick day at work and was also originally told no because I didnt pay extra for the benefits of Express. After having to explain, again, about both of us working full time jobs he finally relented and allowed me to set up a time in the afternoon. And to tag onto someone elses frustrations, Ive also had them hold a package in the back of the delivery facility for 3 days because I bought something that shipped out from FedEx Ground from a city that is one hour to the south and even though it got to my delivery hub that same day, I didnt pay for overnight service so they intentionally held it in the back. When I showed up and said, "hey, Im here to pick up my package, its been here awaiting delivery for two days." I was bluntly told that I didnt pay to get it any sooner and it would be delivered in two more days. To say the least I am not a fan of Fedexs policies or attitude.

I am completely unhappy with fedex. My package is either damaged or like it is right now late. The package was supposed to come yesterday (3/6/15), and has yet to come today (3/7/15). I checked the tracking of the package this morning it appeared "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" at around 8 o clock a.m. As i was getting my hopes up that the package would finally make it, i checked again and it currently says "At local FedEx facility" @ 12:49 pm. That is five hours of out for delivery, then they bring it back to the facility. now because Fedex is closed on Sunday and they did not deliver my order on Saturday, only God knows when it will arrive. I really doubt Fedex can do their job correctly. Use Fedex if you like but expect to be disappointment with your service.

I recommend coming here for mailing packages versus the FedEx Office on Lonetree. Theres not a wait here and the people are great. It takes a few minutes longer to drive over here, but its worth it when mailing packages.

Ive been dropping off packages here now for a couple months and the team is great. The ladies who work the front are fast, efficient, helpful both in regards to information, packing items, and moving large packages.
