Worst service ever. Have had multiple packages recently delivered to the wrong address. I can see the FedEx facility out of my window yet they cant get a package to my door in two weeks time. The same driver keeps making an error but nothing is done and responses from the facility are nonexistent. The 800 number customer service is a joke and this local facility is completely unhelpful in the matter. I have never been more disappointed in a delivery company.

Couldnt put zero stars or i would have.said they attempted to deliver my package 20 mins after i called to ask when they were gonna deliver. Obviously the driver was lying. Theres a reason they dont have a phone # why would they wanna know how bad of a job there doing. Dont suggest useing this place but if u could work there u should, no accountability and you get paid to not do your job.

For FedEx ground package pickup, go east on Hood Road, turn into the parking lot with "FedEx Hiring" sign, as you approach the employee main entrance / exit, to the right is a single door with a sign marked "package pick up" inside you will find a phone, call the number listed and give them your tracking number.

On hold for over 1 hour. They lost a $3000 painting and mislabeled the box for some unknown reason. I have yet to find out whats going on. Can I drive out to this location? Can I go out to identify the box? Just unbelievable.

Nice, clean, brand new facility. Hoody way is still not on the map, so if you want to gps it, do 25500 Hansen rd. and than look for hoody way when you get there.

Disorganized in linehaul. Yard is a mess, trailers are just dropped anywhere. Truck entrance is actually on hood way
