Well, let me start by saying their commitment date was on the 29th of December I kind of expected it ordering on the 26th but due to the amazing and hard diligent slacking and laziness that this company I swear prides itself on. I ended up calling them on the 3rd they bounced me around in calls, voice mails, I even sent several E-mails to be ignored for about 2 days then a kind young woman who probably has the job title of professional apologist since I am sure thats what she does all day for the incompetent delivery team. informs me that my delivery area is not accessible which is kinda understandable i live in a rural area and my driveway requires the drivers to have at least some brain cells. Now I wouldnt have been upset if they called, emailed, anything really to try and get in touch with me it seemed they were more content to stick a thumb up their ass and pretend nothing happen and wait for one of their employees to swipe it or to get an angry customer to complain enough for someone to do something. Up until here I was pretty pissed, but the next part is where it went from a bad experience to never again, I will refuse, I would rather drive 3 hours to pick something up from a electronics store then use this sad excuse of a company. So finally when I got in contact with the "Shipping Manager" he told me "Okay were sorry about that well get a guy with a 4-wheeldrive to deliver to your house when can we deliver?" I told him anytime before 4 is perfect as my shift started at 5pm then literally 15 seconds after I told him he started going off about meeting one of his drivers and just sticking with it because i didnt want to confuse him I said "alright they can call me on this number anytime before four and I will meet them in Grass Valley where ever theyre comfortable." and lo and behold nothing dead silence until today the 10th when my package was shipped back to the seller who gave me a full refund. hands down the worse parcel delivery company on the west coast I would say the US but luckily for everyone past Nevada they dont have to deal with this down right insult of a company.

Three days in a row a delivery driver has "attempted" to deliver my package. Three days in a row it has been undeliverable - need a gate code - except there is no gate, and no code. Yes, you need to use a keypad to dial up to our apartment, but surely that is a fairly standard procedure to any remotely conscious delivery driver? I called customer services after the third failed attempt but because I let it go to a third time they now have to hold it for 48 hours before they consider putting it out for delivery again. My other option is to pick it up, but I cant do that until tomorrow either. The customer service rep was nice but didnt apologise convincingly enough given that the package is now three days late and that Im going to have to pick it up. Next time Ill just go to the store. EDIT: The saga continues. Apparently OnTrac were unable to hold my package at the warehouse for a couple of days as they said they would (I was away and unable to collect), but instead sent it back to Sephora. I was told I had to contact Sephora to have it re-sent. When I asked if they could do it for me since it was their shocking service that was causing me all this headache, I was told they could not and I would have to do it myself. I have suggested to Sephora that they use a different courier service because this is absolutely appalling.

My package was not delivered so I called to schedule a pick up (which took a long time just to get a real person on the phone), and the person told me hell call me back when my package was ready to be picked up. I waited until almost closing time and didnt receive a call so I decided to just go to the facility and hope to be able to pick up my package. When I arrived, there was a sign posted on the door saying the buzzer button was broken and to call a number to notify the person inside. That number didnt work so luckily one of the warehouse workers came out and saw me and walked me to the pick-up office, where no one was there. I noticed my package sitting there so I took out my ID for proof and the lady didnt even check it. When the lady finally arrived to help me, I told her that was my package and she believed me without even checking for my ID (which is was my package). So basically anyone can go in there and pick up any package thats there. Customer service sucks. This place sucks!

I am happy to give, and also be the first to provide a 5 star rating for this shipping companys services. I had ordered my items on Saturday, and received my items on Tuesday, just before 9am. Thats 2 business days when paying free shipping for 4-7 days. That is Fantastic! The shipping was super fast, no appearance of mishandling, and awaiting at my doorstep for me as if it was Christmas. Im sure people may have problems with their packages at their front doorsteps, however I myself prefer it. Last thing I want is for them to keep my items, and then Id have to track down where they may be, and then pick them up myself, or wait another day to receive them... If Im even home when they attempt to deliver for the second time. No thanks. I very much prefer them to do just as they are now. Leaving them at my doorstep is exactly what I want. I have just ordered more items, and chose OnTrac shipping method once again. Ill continue using them as long as the service continues to rock!

I have had two deliveries by OnTrac so far. The first delivery was asked to be delayed due to a conflict of availability. They delivered it on the original date, regardless of confirmation that it would be delayed to the next day. Next, I asked OnTrac to return a package to Amazon, which was cancelled. OnTrac not only delivered this package anyways (despite, again, confirmation), they put "signed by: Front Door." My front door is not able to sign for packages. Amazon needs to cancel their contract with OffTrac. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have asked Amazon to de-prioritize OnTrac for my deliveries, and advise everyone else to do the same. The lack of professionalism in this company is unacceptable. I have never had a worse experience. Even USPS, which has made plenty of mistakes, provides better service. To add insult to injury, I was informed I would get a callback soon from a representative. I have still not received a call 45mins later.

I just spoke with Amazon Customer Service and requested that OnTrac Shipping no longer be used to deliver anything I purchase from Amazon ever again. OnTrac indicates that the most recent December delivery was signed by "Gate" - that is where they throw - yes, throw - the packages they "deliver" to my address rather than drive two hundred more yards and deliver to my home. I have written to Amazon three times this year requesting that they have this practice eliminated, but today the Amazon customer service rep said they use this service because "they deliver on time." Now Amazon is replacing the missing delivery - a $250 value. Maybe Amazon will reconsider and use UPS in the future. I would if it were my business. Please do not use OnTrac as their delivery practices place valuable merchandise at risk and leave Amazon Prime customers disappointed...as you can see when reading the majority of other customer comments.
