This place is a joke theres a million people Ive been here twice theres one person working hes doing everything answering phones taking care of people talking on the phone two other customers Ive been here twice and left both times. If you can find another place I would recommend it the post office is not the place to do it I spent 3 hours the first day I was there and left I spent 15 minutes this time and left I was probably 15th in line and apparently its like this every day. They had a review in the Sacramento Bee say what a great place it was to go get your passport Im here to tell you its not if theatres any other way to do it I would do it. If you do then expect to be there for several hours. What a joke.

Ive been calling in regards to a change of address I did in April 2015. I spoke to a gentleman back in May 2015 to confirm my mail has been changed. He confirmed it is being forwarded to my new address. But I havent been receiving any of my mail at my new address in months. I just found out from my old roommate that my mail is still going to his apt and has been forwarding from my new address back to his address. I keep trying to call the West Sacramento 95691 post office and it doesnt ring at all, it just has a busy ringtone. Such terrible customer service.

The staff...especially a Filipina looking lady, was rude, when I tried to ask her about pricing to ship out. The voice of her, was as am sure you know that skinny price pre paid isnt for the package youre about to ship out. But, could had a nicer tone to her. Just now I had asked their clerk. About how much a package to sent. Their response is to look it up on their web page. Where is their customer service experience. They make more than minimum wage and have little customer service experience.

What a horrible business. Ive had these problems with USPS before but darn I thought the first time it was just a mistake my package was supposed to get here in 2 days! It was priority 2day mail and its been 5 days and Im still waiting. Theres an up to $50 insurance included on the f@&$%+ package but that wouldnt even cover anything of what I paid for what Im waiting for! THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!

Best post office, parking is not their fault. The ladies at the front desk do an awesome job with the kind of people they have to deal with and the volume of them. No complaints just kee up the good work!

These people never pick up the phone, and when they did finely pick up you can hear in the background people working and THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!! someone is terrible at running this business.

This office intentionally runs my outgoing professional mail through a machine when it is specifically stamped for hand processing. My customers complain, I complain, nothing is ever done.
