The passport office lady, Miss Jackie was so sweet and friendly. She was professional and efficient. She was smiling the whole time. We renewed three passports and it only took her about half an hour. I would recommend anyone to apply their passports at this office.

Received a notice slip to pick up my package at the Post Office, but they lost the package. They should just leave the package at my front door like UPS or Fedex. I particularly dont like going there to wait in a line to pick up the package.
