Such wonderful happy employees at this post office! Always greet us with a smile and are willing to help. They are never grumpy. The parking lot has plenty of spots even at Christmas time with overflow on the street. There is a convenient letter drop outside. State of the art technology inside the building. Super clean and neat! The automatic doors are such a nice touch during cold and flu season. You can carry packages in without having to open the doors. The lines are not very long unless of course its holiday season which is to be expected. Print your own labels and dont stand in line! Its a no brainer! We have it so good here in Lincoln with this excellent post office! They take pride in keeping it clean and germ free. I even saw a man wiping down the counters! They decorate with wreaths for Christmas time. I cant say enough good about this post office! We recently came from a town that has just the opposite so Lincolnites rejoice! This is excellent!

I was in to do a certified mail. I asked for a plastic bubble wrap envelope that they had and staff were really rude. All they had were hearts and clouds and on top of that its raining and I have to put an important professional document in a paper . You cant send professional letters with that crap on it. Now I have to worry about a professional document getting wet and there intact. Next time Im spending my money at ups, fed ex or dex. Its worth the money than have to deal with rude staff.

About 1/3 of my packages I receive at this post office have either been opened by one of the employees there, or smashed during transit. Luckily, none of the opened/smashed packages contained anything fragile, so none of my items have been damaged yet. Ive never had this problem with UPS or FedEx, and going forward I will use those services instead of USPS if possible. I highly recommend against using the Lincoln USPS Office for shipping.

My vacation hold was up today. Mail usually here by 1pm so I called at 4pm and was told mail was heavy today and that the carrier was still out. She said mail will be delivered. I confirmed my email from USPS that mail restart would be today. Now it is 8:10pm and still no mail. Service has really gone downhill. Also 2 weeks ago I mailed a birthday card to my daughter and the card was opened in transit and delivered with the money stolen.

I have always been treated well at this PO. Always courteous, very helpful, suggesting alternatives to my mailing/shipping a package. I especially like the lobby help where if you want stamps or have a pre posted package. You couldnt ask for better service. I have been to the Lincoln UPS store they are helpful too but not one bit friendly compared to the Lincoln PO.

My mail is delivered to the wrong address a minimum of 4-times a month or we receive wrong mail that should go to another similar address in the area. Additional this year 2 of our packages were delivered to another similar address in the neighborhood and never returned. Complaining to the office hasnt changed the service on my route.

Staff is so rude, every time I call they pick up then put me on hold until I hang up an hour later. And no chance to get there in person since they dont open until 10am!! and close right at 5, other places work 8am-7pm. So frustrated with this place!

I have an official mail forwarding change of temporary address order for the Lincoln P.O. and it requests them to stop forwarding mail on February 28, 2009. Well guess what, they are still forwarding and it is March 11, 2009.

I needed a time sensitive package. I got a deliver notice to pick up my package after 3:30 pm. I showed up only to find this office closes at 1:00 total waste of my time. Serious changes to this office need to happen.

I saw a black pickup truck slowly circling this area a bit before 5am. Singlecab, I believe ford or dodge. Break ins appear to be on the rise. Lock up!!!!
