I live nearby the post office so I like to send out our various items for our non-profit charity from there to help support our local businesses. I know there is only one window here so this is a very small but helpful post office. Markus is very very helpful and he helps us with national & international shipping needs. He takes time to tell me exactly what I need to ensure that very costly shipments are properly sent out. This is not a place to rush in and expect a single teller window to meet our emergency needs cuz there can often be people waiting to ship items. There have been several times when I had to leave and return later due to shortage of time. However, Markus has been extremely helpful and very straight to the point about what we need to do to get the international shipments successfully delivered and I want to express how efficient he is and how we appreciate it even though sometimes we do get cut off because of time delays and only 1 teller window. THANK YOU MARKUS.
There are two guys at the customer service window. One that has been there for awhile is very professional the other guy with an accent is extremely rude, and seems to not understand what hes doing. I have a P.O. Box there, so when I go to check my mail or have a big package to ship I try to come in on the hours of the older profession USPS employee. Stay away from the guy with the accent and youll have a better experience at the Knightsen Post Office.
If I could give it less stars I would! Gentleman with an accent was mad I came in at 4:48pm because they were closed... No, in 10 minutes I stated (it took him 2 minutes to sell me the stamp I needed)...& He argued with me that they were closing!
