ALL of this facilities employees need to be demoted and retrained or be fired from the U.S. Postal Service. Having a retail package get within miles of its destination only to be sent to some random city on the East Coast and THEN make it me 2 weeks later is bad enough. But when they just lose track of urgently needed medication sent from a VA Hospital within the same city then every single Postal Service employee that came into contact with said package, including their supervisors, need to be fired immediately. First Class Service means just that. Sent First Class, within the same city and 4 days later still not delivered and unaccounted for 2 days after being sent to boot? And I know Im only one of many who has experienced terrible or complete lack of service from this facility. USPS urgently needs to crack down on this facility.

I WENT WITH MY GIRLFRIEND TO GET THE US. PASSPORT AND THERE WERE 2 ASIAN PERSONS THAT HAVE A BAD MOOD WITH THE PEOPLE AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB, THE ASIAN WOMAN GAVE US A BAD SERVICE AND SHE WAS PUTTING A LOT OF PRESSURE OVER US AND THAT WAS SO FRUSTRATING AND STRESSFUL, AND SHE WROTE WRONG THE ADDRESS BECAUSE SHE HELPED US AND NOW THE PASSPORT IS LOST AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEED IT BECAUSE SHES ABOUT TO LEAVE TO MEXICO AND THEYRE JUST GIVING US NUMBERS AND NUMBERS TO CALL BUT ALL THEY SAY THE SAME "YO NEED TO GO TO SAN FRANCISCO" WE CANT BECAUSE SHES ABOUT TO LEAVE AND IM NOT IN THE SAME CITY AS HER SO WE NEED A SOLUTION.. THAT WAS A VERY BAD SERVICE, THEY NEED TO BE FIRED

TODAY MARCH 10, 2017 THEY STILL SUCK! My package March 7 from Florida sat in Los Angeles for 2 days! Then arrived here not 10 mins from Delivery and somehow went to Richmond???? WTH really? After reading reviews there Im beginning to think my package now is gone for good! Who knows where it is going next???? WHY???? #Deliverysucks #AmazonPrimenexttime USPS stands for U Suck Package Service DOES ANYONE AT USPS CARE????? Who the heck do they hire out there they need their swamp drained!!! I love how they have hard working people at this plant and that they are always trying their best to get all the mail out the door on time. How the employees work 12 hours plus shifts sometimes just to make sure we get our packets/mail on time. I love how this plant is open 24 hours 7 days and even on holidays just so everyone can get their mail how employees spent their holiday working at the plant instead of being with their families just so the mail can be sent out. Thanks west Sacramento usps plant and the employees working there God bless.

Tried calling ( 25 ) times not kidding (25) times in hopes that if I keep calling back to back in 1 hour then someone should have answered right? Or I should have the ability to leave a message with my contact info. However, when you call the VM is unsubscribed and ( HANGS UP ) If I could give no stars I would. My package arrived at the post office on the 10th. Should have been here in CHICO by the 12th. Still no package and all mail was delivered today the 13th. Why have a phone number listed on your site if it is unreachable?

Horrible location. My Priority mail (CA Tax returns) reached here on March 13. Today is March 28 and still there is no update. It has not been delivered and USPS tracking says it is in transit to destination. I visited USPS office multiple times, all they say is they have to wait for the delivery scan and they cannot say where it is. Pathetic office, pls scan the mails as and when you deliver it. These are important documents we send, if it is not delivered I can resend it at least.

This place sucks. My first time shipping a package with usps and they lose it. I sent it out 9 days ago and the tracking still says its stuck at this place. Called consumer affairs to open a case but the status of the case just says "were working on it". Im an etsy seller and etsy primarily ships through the post office but if I can Im going to find a way to ship through ups or fedex, Im never had a package go missing with them before.

So, first off, the phone number ending in 8157 doesnt seem to work, Ive called on multiple occasions. If your package gets sent here, youre never gonna see it, its gonna get sent to the wrong address, stolen by dishonest postal workers, or lost in their packed system. This is why people dont trust government systems, because they always seem to fail at doing every aspect of their job correctly.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I called this "consumer affairs" branch of the USPS to get through to some human with some (hopefully) semblance of empathy after getting NO WHERE with the local post office in Rancho Cordova after being RIPPED OFF for postage, and I CANNOT EVEN GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND NO PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN SET UP FOR AN ATTENDANT!

Had 2 gifts sent from Sacramento in February and are still at this location based on tracking and another one that was sent yesterday that was supposed to be overnighted thats not here! This place needs to be shut down!! Who do we call to report a whole location? This postal service location is very crooked! Definitely filing a police report.

I have a package that has been in Accepted status at this location, from tracking for days now. It has been passed the time it should of been delivered. I see the reviews and now Im one of those that sit and wait. Cant get in touch with anybody at this location. This place looks like it has a reputation of bad service. Wth is going on.

Have a package that has been listed as out for delivery for over a week. At this point I have to assume it has been stolen by employees. Cant believe this place has so many negative reviews and the post office could care less. BTW you cant even call them, the call goes straight to a voice mail that isnt set up and you are disconnected.

I went to make an appointment for my passport In fairfield, but didnt have any openings until 2 months later. She recommended I come here because they take walk one. I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes. I did come in on a slow Monday, but nevertheless I was satisfied with how fast I was taken care of.

I dont understand why my package hasnt been sent. Ive been waiting for 4 days for this package to leave this damn facility. get your guys act together. you guys have terrible reviews. and now I see why. everyone has the same complaint against. fire your staff and get reliable ones. bad business for your plant.
