Theres no negative rating option? Worst USPS I have ever dealt with. I receive about one International Express shipment each week. I just moved to this area a few days ago and my very first package delivered, they managed to mess it up. I was at work the day of delivery for an express package so they left a slip saying to pick it up starting the next day (this is normal, and built into the cost of the service). So I went to this Post Office the next day and wait there for 20--30 minutes while they looked for my package and couldnt find it. By the way, its a huge box measuring about 36" x 24" x 24". How do you lose that? They tried calling the carrier to see if he had it but eventually had to take down my number and send me away because they couldnt get their stuff together. The gentleman working at the counter told me if I could get there by 5:30 PM he would let me in to get my package if the carrier had it and brought it back. They close at 5 but I told him I get off at 5 and given their mistake he was trying to help me out and make it right. So I get a call back about an hour later from a woman at the store who I didnt deal with the first time, telling me that its on the truck and they attempted delivery again today, even though I did NOT order redelivery and they left me a slip saying it would be at the post office waiting for me to pick up. So I told her have the carrier bring it back and I will pick it up by 5:30 after work since the guy said he would let me. She said thats not an option because they close at 5. I said I know you close at 5 but since you guys messed this all up he was going to let me in after hours to hand me my package. She asks, "did he get approval to tell you that?" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? How in the world am I supposed to know whether or not he got approval to say that, or that he even needs approval for that matter? Am I familiar with your chain of command and whether or not he was in a position to tell me that he would give me the package after hours? Not really my problem, except now you guys have made it my problem because I planned on picking it up after work on my way home (actually, I planned on picking it up on my work break since its closer to the PO but you heard how that worked out). And now I have to make an extra trip on the weekend 10 miles away from home and dont get the package when I was supposed to. Whos paying for my time and gas that I shouldnt have to waste on this debacle? I wish you guys would just do your simple jobs like youre supposed to. Attempt to delivery package, customer isnt there so we leave a slip saying its at the post office, ACTUALLY leave it at the post office. Is that so difficult? The woman on phone tries telling me that redelivery is automatic with express shipments. Umm...Ive had well over 100 express shipments in the last year and NEVER have they automatically redelivered it the next day. I either leave a signed slip so they will leave the package at my door or I make sure Im there to receive it. If Im not able to do either of those then I pick it up the next day at the post office. These people SERIOUSLY need to work on their communication and organization, aside from not making promises to customers that they cant keep.

Horrible. Ordered a redelivery for a package two times now, and the mail person has been a no show. Tomorrow Ill just go pick up my own package. Whats the point of offering that service if no one comes? Youre required to fill out your phone number and email, and Ive received no message at all as to why no one has redelivered my package. Again, whats the point? Plus, when the mail person first attempted to deliver the package, looking outside, I couldnt tell they were a mail person so I didnt answer the door. They knock quietly ONCE then leave, all in less than like 5 seconds. So I watch them leave through my window and then I see a mail car driving away. Great..

Worse office ever! I have repeatedly requested that the carriers close my gate after delivering the mail so that my two dogs cannot get out of the gate... and it is not being done. They continue to leave it unhooked or slightly ajar! If my dogs get out, get lost and or are hurt..I swear Im suing for compensation...My regular mailman is the bomb...the absolute best. But those replacements are God awful!

I have not received 1 drop of mail all week and I keep calling but no one answers! So frustrated, my mail is never consistent, arrives at different times each day (when they do deliver) and always getting someone elses mail! No complaints about the service at the front office. Rick is very helpful and quick but the sorting and delivering is horrible!

Im not sure why the reviews are so low for this USPS site. In my experience, theres never a long line; its quiet, polite, helpful, and the staff made my moving to Greenhaven/Pocket area very easy. They held my mail until a new key was made for my mailbox and they always picked up the phone when I had issues. Im grateful to have a relaxed post office.

Im so sick and tired of my mail man .... He keeps putting the wrong mail in my box and then pounds on my door and then ask me to unlock the box so he can retrieve it! This has happened multiple times...whats wrong with this guy?? Makes me wonder if my personal mail is sitting in the wrong box somewhere!!

I have used this post office for over 35 years. The competence and caring of the staff are excellent. Over the years, there have been staff members who have devoted their careers to this branch and that is a real plus. This is a neighborhood post office .... a really special facility.

Theyre nice until they lose your package. Then they want nothing to do with you, they dont return phone calls and are rude if you call too many times to get information on your lost items.
