I have had my post office box for well over 18 years! I have never had so many issues trying to get my packages recently. I would never complain unless I felt it was warranted. The guys that work there are great! The lady that is currently working there by herself, J is in need of some serious customer service classes! I have never had to track or hunt down my packages as I do now. I have always imputed both my post office box # and physical address because some companys require that and wont let you purchase if your shipping to a post office box. I will keep my amazon tracking # that shows both addresses on there if ever questioned about this in the future. Ive discussed this with my co-worker B.K. also a local resident of Granite Falls, Wa for years. Both She and her husband had also experienced the cranky unprofessional front desk lady. USPS please contact me if you should any questions regarding this. My co-worker B.K. also said she would be happy to tell you about both her and her husbands experience as well. They supposedly made an attempt to deliver my moms packages but obviously lied about it. I ordered from Amazon as usual to deliver to my moms assisted living facility (which is within walking distance of the post office). They said they tried to deliver and a slip was left; they didnt, it wasnt. There is staff at the front desk 24/7 who accept packages EVERY DAY from various parcel delivery persons. Im EXTREMELY unhappy that my moms needed supplies are now going to be at least 4 days late arriving due to the staff at this location not delivering timely and then lying about it.

I called 12/13/16 at about 3:30 to see if a package was received and was told by a very rude lady that she "didnt know and had a line out the door and I could come look myself" usually there is a man who helps us who is extremely nice and professional.

The lady who works the counter is awful!! If you cant/dislike interacting with people do not work a job directly related with customer service! I thought that yesterday she might have had a bad day. I was wrong, she is just that rude all the time.

Terrible for the last year and a half or more. Packages do not get delivered after going through Lake Stevens and everyone who sent us Christmas cards had them returned. WHAT IS GOING ON?

I know that the Holliday season the post office is slammed with deliverys but to lose two packages in a row is uncalled for! I will start using UPS or FedEx for now on.
