Many times in the past few years we have not received items. It comes to one of those locked community mail boxes so it is not being stolen. I just found out the credit card I have been waiting for was delivered on 6/29 at 6 something pm. It was not in our box along with a check from another institution for a lot of money. It also was confirmed delivered by the institution. Undoubtedly one of my neighbors had or have both of these. We have complained many times in the last 15 years and now it is getting WORSE! Unbelievably unacceptable! The last time this happened it was a bunch of bills so one of them was missed. What are we supposed to do about this unprofessionaism? It is not like I can choose a new mail carrier. How hard is really to get the right mail to the right location? I guess I will just keep returning my neighbors mail to the post office so they know it is not being done right. Eventhough the mail lady will mark items as delivered or unable to deliver because she does not want to miss her deadline. This unethical practice has been proven by myself and my neighbor to be happening. I would rather the mail be slower and get here than fast and screwed up!

a rarity to get my packages on time. The guy marks he attempted to deliver and doesnt even attempt. He marks the reason as different things every time. Many times we wait home for deliveries and they dont even come to the door, theyll say they left a tag and they never even came to the door. The people at the Post Office make excuses for the guy every time and depending who you talk to the excuses are different.... There is no excuse for this terrible level of service if they cannot get the job done right find someone who can.........
Keeps sending my package back to the dispatch center in Federal Way even though they keep telling me to check the tracking number and come back and get my package at this Gold Bar location every time I contact them. Says Amazon is to blame, but then tells me to come back and get my package, which is never there.
Never deliver my packages when they are suppose to. If something has to be signed for they will say they tried to deliver it but never even bother to come to the door, because the driver is to lazy to walk 15 foot. They could just honk the horn and I would come out but No. I am sick and tired of poor service.

Ive had about 30% success rate on getting my packages the first time. The rest of the time I have to track down the house they actually delivered it to or it magically appears 2-3 weeks later. If you like getting your packages, dont send them usps. Ups or fedex only.
Polite people when youre there, but terrible delivery service. They dont deliver when it snows for crying out loud! What happened to "Neither sun nor rain nor sleet or snow"????!!!! Very poor customer service.
Lazy ass mail lady wont get out of her vehicle to deliver packages. Instead shell mark it as "attempted" and Ill have to pick it up at the post office.
They changed the lock on our mailbox and now wont give us the key for it!! Ive been promised twice now that well get it and we still havent!!!
Never a bad experience here. Social and chatty and pretty much always a smile... Rare in customer service when dealing with all the morons...
The took there time to give use new keys to our mail box almost 2 weeks. We have finally received our keys though.
They are always super friendly when I go there and great at helping me ship my items the cheapest best way :)
