Never have I had good service with this post office. Our mail is delivered as early as 10:30 and as late 8 or 9 oclock sometimes! The driver who delivers the next street over is usually done with his route and sitting in his truck at the end of my street around 1 or 2pm every single day but my driver is never there. Also, Ive found mail on the ground outside of my house for houses down the street that I will normally hand deliver myself. Dont get me started on trying to call this place. Every one is so grumpy and the phone is always busy. After my phone call today, I know why. I got through, but instead of saying anything, the woman picked up the call and set the phone down and continued on with whatever they do over there. I sat on the phone for about 3 minutes just to listen and it just sound like someone was having a conversation. I called back right away and just got a busy signal for the next five minutes. I finally got through and the womans English is so poor you can barely understand what theyre saying, not to mention theyre usually no help at all. Ive never been assigned to such a careless post office in my life.

My package from San Francisco-I live in San Jose-was returned to the Payne Ave. post office due to address being incorrect. I understand that. When I called the post office I spoke with Sun who seemed to be helpful and found my package. He actually had it in his hand because he told me he saw where the company who shipped it made a mistake on the mailing address. He said it was ready to be picked but since I was at work I went the next morning. Guess what?!?! It was no where to be found. Sun was out to lunch but another employee called him and he said it was on his desk... Hmmm.... Ok, they staff will find it, right? No, false information and never called the two times I called back. Now they have their phone off and I will have to go in tomorrow and see how they will compensate me. What a nightmare these people are and this place is. One star because there is not an option for zero stars!

Staffs there are nice but look tired and unhappy. I ran into this occasion two times that there were more than ten customers waiting but only one staff helping. You could see other staffs werent really busy back there. Finally the guy asked those staff in there out to help in a blaming, complain tone. And someone came out with a nasty look. That costumers have to wait for a long line just because the tension among staffs is unprofessional. Furthermore, they are so not reliable, either. I had a traceable mail missing in their office and they simply told me it is nowhere to be found. Also, because they couldnt find any others, they insisted that I only got two mails during the whole two months I put my mails on hold . Luckily, and thats why I gave them two stars instead of one, they found my traceable mail and a big box of my on hold mails somewhere in the office quite a while later.

On saturday i was supposed to received to packets and pnly teceived one it did not get stolen because he knocked and rigth away got the packet as he was going down the stairs i called to complain and the fuy on phone kept saying showes delivered thats what i said so i ask are you open sunday he said yes so i called sunday and they said it was closed i called today monday and they took my info told me they where going to calle back they havent i been calling all the and no answer i have nothing to gain if i was bot telling the truth i needed and was waiting for tje package because it had my kids outfit for and event on saturday and picture day they never asked for a signiture and i even checked my mail box to see if i got a key for the bigger mail box nothing is there like a corporate or bigger boss in charge i can contact

So, my package was delivered to this post office 2 weeks ago, and they confirmed it. However, I was still not receiving my package so I called twice they said they would give me a call back but never did. So I actually got out of work early to go and talk to them, but one of the supervisors seemed very annoyed and told me to just wait and give it a time, saying "you are not the only one" ????If you know you lost my package then try to do your job instead of telling me to wait forever. Im running out of patience and totally disgusted by their irresponsibility and the way they treat people. One star because they dont let me give 0 star rating.

Tracking was stating package was delivered. Called to office. Was told that I have to pick up it at post office since post box was burglarized. Went to post office. Was told they have no clue where my package is first, then manager found the record that it was delivered and that it had to be stolen from the box. Later found that package in my post box. I guess secret agents first stolen the package, then put it back. Another package tracking states that it was delivery attempt made and notice left. There was no any notice neither in mail box, neither at door. The post office workers deliberately sabotage their work.

Complete idiots. Apparently a package needed to be signed for. I was not there. They left a notice. I set a redelivery date for the next day with SPECIFIC instructions to leave the package with a signed note as well as the note they left signed as well. Mind you on my notice they didnt check the box saying it had to be signed for. Guess what??? No package! Now my tracking number doesnt work and Im now trying to find a way to get to them during open hours. No one answers the phones. I dont even know how my mail even gets to my address if they cant follow simply instructions

This Post Office is always understaffed. There are almost always long lines of customers needing help. The workers try their best but the Post Office needs to hire more workers for the front counter. My big complaint is if I print a shipping label at home or use the self-service kiosk and pay for tracking. My package is never scanned at this post office. Sometimes it will not be scanned for days or when the package is finally delivered. Why am I paying extra for a tracking number if the Post Office never tracks the package?

This place is awful. The people at the front desk are OK, but theyve already messed up so many of my deliveries its not even funny. Even as of right now, it shows I have two packages "in/at mailbox" as of two days ago and theyre nowhere to be found. And I cant get through cause the line is always "busy". I also waited 2 months for our mail key!! 2 MONTHS!!! They said 3 weeks. Ugh this place.

I went in to get a mail key assigned to me. I paid $25 to get it done in 2 weeks. Its now been 20 days! The guys response was, "well come back and check next week" its like thats the point I dont want to be coming here every week to get helped by workers who are unhappy with their job.
