i had my daughters report card sent home and the post office returned the ltr to the school saying we dont live there... i spoke with the lady at school and confirmed that was my address. now i get to do recertification with the school because the report card was sent back. wtf? i have to leave work to do this. still really mad at the post office. when i get my daughters report card. i will take it down to the post office and file a complaint. my mother gets her mail mixed up with her neighbors mail all the time. are these postal workers being tested in some way? its terrible service.

I have had a mailbox at this post office for 3 years and visit continuously finding the staff helpful, courteous and well informed both at the counter and at the pickup window. There is an APC machine where packages can be mailed and letters weighed and stamps purhased outside business hours. The counter lines can be long as with all post offices but the mailboxes are accessible 24 hours and security is excellent. Saturday closing at 1pm can be inconvenient but then I go to the main post office in Hayward which is open until 2pm.

Their postmen are all lazy. Our apartment complexs mail boxes are left unlocked by our postman at least twice a week - often enough that the post office number is now posted up for us to call and have them locked. Of course they dont answer after about 3PM and the mail never arrives till after 4, so theyre left unlocked overnight if not longer. I know the entire post office industry is losing money but how much time does it take to lock up and why the hell doesnt a government office at least have an automated message?

They havent delivered our mail for almost a week now. We have a multiple house box on the street. So I called to question this. The first 3 times, I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got a real person, they claimed nothing was wrong and we were getting our mail. Really? Ive talked to my neighbors. No one from our box has gotten mail in 5 days... and multiple houses have called to get an answer. Ridiculous lying to me and everyone else who has called. Get your act together!

On Saturdays, there are always lines up the wazoo! Plan on spending 30 minutes in line (could be more), dont go 10 minutes before closing, you will not get in. If you make it through the second door, you are good, but if closing time comes around and you are 6" outside the second door, forgetaboutit!! They really need to staff up on Saturdays.

Very SLOW NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE KIND OF RUDE AND ALSO THEY LIE!! I was told my package wasnt their I have tracking number everything ... I had my girlfriend go in witch is a different RACE from me an they told her my package was their!!

Absolute horror. Stay away from this frustration factory. No one knows anything about anything here. They tell you what ever makes you leave the fastest. Problems multiple times with different people. Just bad management.

Worst post office Ive ever used. They dont answer their phones ever... the one time they did answer they hung up on me. Been trying to get packages from them for weeks now.

I watched a woman literally throwing boxes from the cart like she was shooting baskets at an arcade... everybody else in line was commenting about her to the staff.
