I am so impressed by the crew at this Post Office. Especially Sharon - she is a delight to work with and a real gem, remembering your name and details about your life. I recently asked for extra help with a shipping problem I had and she really helped me out, above and beyond. The others are super nice too. I love going to the post office in Carmel.

Rude and cranky personal. The two asian ladies both were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I needed to refuse a package. They didnt take it and said I have to go to Carmel Valley! What a crazy staff! Then took it to Post Office in Monterey on my way, the lady just took it no problem. I hate when people dont do their job and get paid.

Ive been in here twice recently where Ive seen a box bandit come in and steal a bunch of shipping boxes. Smh. Friendly staff here.
