Always a bad experience when going in to ship items. The workers will down right lie to you in order to sell you a more expensive service. Rose had the nerve to tell me I could not send a DVD via media mail, even though it states that is OK on the USPS website. A DVD is MEDIA! When I told her what it says on the website, and that a DVD is media, she gave me attitude. Very unprofessional woman. She used to be so nice. Anyways, I guess you have to pay for receipts now if you print your label online, so on another occasion I asked for a receipt from Rose and she said "NO THEY ARENT FREE ANYMORE SO PAY OR YOU DONT GET ONE" Yes, it was in a very firm tone, that is why I cap locked it. So I said ok, its no problem I will pay. She let out the biggest most rudest sigh I have ever heard. She proceeded to print the receipt out in a very pissed off manner. It is not only rose, almost all of the other employees have the same pissy attitude. One of them stopped me and said can only take 2 large flat rate boxes. I needed 5 for large items I had sold on Amazon. But no, I guess in seaside they dictate how many boxes you may take. Its annoying. If you are reading this (seaside employees), you should probably find a different job if you hate yours so much. If you want excellent service, do yourself a favor and go to the Marina post office. They know how to treat their loyal customers. Always top notch service, I will never go back to the Seaside post office. Rant over.

Since the change of postman ( woman), mail has been late. We used to get our mail unload n finished by 1130. Now, the mail the latest 230-3, n slow so slow putting mail n ads one at a time. I wasnt going to post but when you asked about your own mail n response is " no go away", n u may not check.... N rude , IT HAS TO STOP, ADDRESSED TO MGR., N POST. Not our problem that her mail isnt sorted prior to starting Route. Maybe she needs to learn 1) her lack of professionalism , learn etiquette, n integrity. 2). Learn about Time Mgt. 3). Organizational skills

I understand that the delivery person has to deliver to many places but does my package always have to be mis delivered. As for I would even get a refund and have my package redelivered and the mailman will misdelivere it again even tho i have told them where it goes. It just has been a bad experience im not pleased at all.

If I could give a no star then that would be it! They are not consistent with how they deal with mail picks at the post office. The staff makes you go back and forth from the line to the stupid blue door where they are actually suppose to hand your packages to you. Im switching to another post office.

Never bring my packages...lazy. Have my package out for delivery all day, do not leave a postal slip, and my video camera shows them not delivering my packages. And they have the nerve to say they attempted a delivery
