One of the worst experiences of my life. Nobody knows what they are doing. You ask a question and there are three different answers. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, but the ones who arent make up more than half the staff. Rude customer service, glared at me when I asked if I could get insurance on a package, then started slamming their finger across their little screens. If you dont want to do your job, quit - Im sure there are other people who would love to have a job and would do it without throwing a temper tantrum!

The staff in this location is always understaffed I know there doing there best , with the limit support . If you can avoid this location try and go to a different spot , one better locations is the Pebble Beach Office , small staff but very efficient, and the Marina office is decent also

Poor customer service. They dont answer their phone. And phone says mail box is full. How funny. Frequently mis-delivers the mail to wrong house. Good luck trying to get your mail even though it is a Federal offense.

they pick up the mail from the box out side of the post office and it gets delivered. so i love them. also the self service thing is cool so i dont have to interact with other humans when i dont want to.
