The worst! Ive had two packages lost in the past month and mail delivery is unpredictable as in never know what time of day, or even if, it will come. If I need to mail something I always have to drop it off at the actual post office because it might be days before they come to my mailbox with the flag up. There is little parking and often long lines. Ive tried calling the post office multiple times to try to get information on lost packages but no one ever answers and when it goes to voicemail the voicemail box is full and you cant leave a message. They have limited hours so its hard to get down there to talk to someone in person.

I dont care what time my mail is delivered. I do care if I dont receive it or days Later! What ever changes have been limplamented its not functional. Just received a call from home insurance company asking why I havent sent in payment!!! Packages and mail going to wrong address regreally. Different mail carriers cant we have a permanent carrier as before? I have lived in the same house for over 30 years and have never exspearenced such disfunction. I know these issues have been addressed often because everyone on our block deals with the same problems. So now Im on hold with a wait time of 50 minutes... great

I dont know whats wrong with the mail carrier, but s/he seems too lazy or indifferent to knock on my door to get my signature for packages. Instead s/he just tosses a "sorry we missed you" note in my mailbox and drives away. Then I call the post office to ask them, "Whats up, yo? I work from home; Im sitting right here waiting for my package," and then it takes them 3 more days to finally get someone to drive his lazy @$$ over here to deliver my package. Pretty inefficient and wasteful as well as annoying. This happens at least once a month.

I have never met a more business UNFRIENDLY entity than our local Santa Cruz Post Office. They act like they are doing you a favor letting you get your mail from your post office box that you pay a lot of money for. Some of the employees are cool, but the management seem to enforce stupid rules at random times, when if there is someone else there, you can do - such as enter the building at 6pm when it is closing. The fact that they treat the business community this way, shows where their priorities lie. TERRIBLE!

Worst Post office EVER!!! My mail isnt delivered until between 7 & 8pm if delivered at all!! They have lost packages and could care less and in my opinion they dont even try to locate them. They are rude and take your name and phone# with the promise to call but never do. They just do that to get you out of the office. Ive lived all over the country and never had such horrible service at any USPS until I moved to Santa Cruz!! Go with UPS OR FEDex!!

Horrible experience anytime I have to go. Several people very rude and the driver for my street never tries to deliver a package. He always says no one is home and just leaves a pickup note. I was waiting for a package the other day and watched him drive by my mailbox and never even came to see if anyone was home and now I have to deal with working around there hrs to get my package. I see why the usps is in financial stress.

Mail carrier has been incredibly unreliable of late, often not following through on delivering packages (claiming to have tried to deliver but showing no evidence of having done so) and recently botched premium forwarding of mail. Have been very disappointed, especially over the last few weeks. Maybe its a new carrier, but its certainly not a very competent or conscientious one.

These people are morons! I called to ask about receiving a package and having it held at post office before its delivered to an address I no longee stay at, and the giy told ke I needed to find a ttacking number. ." For standard mail" really I dont know who hirednu but I should pron take rhe test again bc tracking numbers dont exist dir standard mail IDIOT!

The post office workers here are always helpful. Last pickup is at 5:30 monday through saturday, which is lovely for busy office folks who cant make it for a dropoff before 5. One of the few deterrents from using this office would be the Passport fellow - he is very rude. Id recommend going elsewhere for Passport applications or renewals.

The phone was really hard to reach, I have to call back several times, but you will experience even worse than the wait after they pick up. I had a question about mail with incomplete address, the customer service people didnt have the patience to let me finish my question, and hang up on me even before I complete my sentences.

Use UPS or FedEx, not USPS. Service is horrible. The driver dont bother ringing the doorbell to deliver packages. Hours and days of operation are terrible for trying to pick up packages at the office. No accountability and just plain rude to customers.

Nearly always a horrid line, slow service, poor customer service. Then theres the lack of parking and meters that allow enough time to get through the typically long lines. I so very much wish my mail went through a different post office.
