The entire staff is absolutely outstanding! The Late great Bill (retired) Is just superb. Jonathan lights up my day no matter how gloomy the weather may be & is always radiating positive vibes contributing to the postal fluidity. Ricos expertise is incomparable! He is so knowledgeable, & works with 100% accuracy. Meeeegunnnnn is such a treat for the eyes and ears. Always taking initiative and so on point (very thorough) adding to the driving force that makes Dell post office a personal favorite. Last but not least, The ever so lovely and highly respected Michelle displays professionalism at its best and goes above & beyond for each & every customer providing the very essence of excellency. Such a great collective that I can easily say that I Love the staffs business ethics and quality control. I highly recommend utilizing the Dell Station post office for their A+ workmanship. For me personally, Its a great feeling walking away with confidence knowing that you can rely on your in & outgoing mail to descend & arrive to its origin rest assured.

Theres a person there who claims he runs the business there is no manager and apparently his name is Alex. Hes very rude and incompetent. Disconnected the call on me when I asked for a manager. When I called back he told me he was done helping me and there was no manager, even though I had more questions. He told me it was a one person job and he was the only person who works there. I dont know if its his real name or not ( i swear he answered with a different name) but hes needs to learn customer service or get another job. Hes very rude and as someone who works in customer service I was really offended. Here is the details, I hope his boss sees this: 3:51 PM on 01/10/2017 (if the calls are recordeed please listen).

Unfortunately, this branch does not have a self service kiosk for buying stamps. But, the biggest knock is our mail carrier is HORRIBLE. Weve been told numerous times, theyre waiting for him to retire and there is nothing they can do about him. So, we have to continue with inconsistent delivery, mis-delivered packages and false attempts. No service today! No wonder the USPS cant compete.

Google is not wrong. Very nice little post office with helpful staff and little traffic. That guy who wrote back in October of 2007 apparently couldnt read the signs clearly stating US Post Office.
