Ive been coming here for years and their service is pretty bad. All but maybe two customer reps are what IMO are super rude. Two complains I have is: One - they usually are closing the gates at 4:55pm even though posted time of operation says 5pm. Second - I dread pickups because every time I come in to pick up a package I wait in the area for the PICKUPS only, but then the clerks then tell me "its not open, wait in line" or if I go wait in line to avoid the frustrating they tell me "This is not the line for pickups, its over there..." This happens EVERYTIME I GO. There is no way around it. Even more frustrating is the fact that I switch back and forth to see if I get a different response to still end up with the same answer "Youre in the wrong line"

I just returned from the post office where 2 of the 3 computers were down, and the one that still worked was slow. Despite that, the clerks were efficient and patient and kind. This had a good effect on all of the customers waiting and we actually shared some laughter over little incidents that happened while we waited. I love the post office, I hope the US government does not kill it in order to completely privatize shipping like they are trying to do. Viva USPS!

Lines are extremely too long with a shortage of staff every time I go. My mail was being delivered on time but now since there seems to be a new carrier my mail arrives after 5:30 everyday so far. Which is very late and I run a home business so the mail being delivered in a timely manner is very important. Not happy with the new changesite with the carrier and my residenatal postal service location.

Rotten Service. Do not answer phone, carrier frequently does not pick up outgoing mail. Many days skipped. No consistent carriers. Must have had 20 or more persons over the years. Mail (check) ended up on the ground (brought to me by neighbor) in the rain. Sometimes will have 3 different persons delivering in one week.

Always a long line. A few employees can still manage a smile but the majority are battle weary and act like every customer is a personal affront on their day. Theyve lost my parcels a few times when I go to collect after getting a notice slip but the only help offered is a shrug and never anything close to an apology.

The employees are sooo rude. Their tone is condescending and they talk poorly about previous costumers In front of new costumers. Every time Im here, theres always a problem. Costumer service is lagging and there seems to be a barrier with language etiquette as well. Overall, management needs to step in re-train.

I dont know why all the hate of this PO... went there today and had a great experience. Yeah, parking in the plaza can be a little tight, but thats most shopping plaza parking lots. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a friendly vibe in the post office generally. I was in and out of there quickly.

Ive had packages held here several times, and Ive also come to them to ship stuff. I walk from my house because parking always sucks in this area. I dont have any complaints with the staff, despite the long lines and lack of resources they have.

USPS does NOT have an available dropbox outside for after business hours. Why is this office unique in this way? There are no drop boxes nearby, mailing things should not be this difficult, please install a dropbox soon

They simply dont answer the phone. How can you do business that way? Ive called back to back to back repeatedly and let the phone ring until it hangs up and then I repeat. I did that for about 20 mins with no answer.

Theres no point of having a PO Box here. Every time I order something online and I see its delivered, I come here and theres nothing in the box. People are rude here, they dont answer the phone, and close early.
