i wonder if there is another post office in the country that loses as much mail as this post office does, not to mention the ridiculously long lines. about a month or so ago they put some one elses blood pressure medicine and in another package the same persons pairs of prescription glasses. he called me at my home & asked me if i had them, he really needed the blood pressure meds! i told him yes & when i asked how he got my number he said "because they delivered some packages of yours to my home & i inadvertently opened them thinking (naturally) they were mine and your telephone number was in them". im presently trying to track down a packaged (priority with tracking thank goodness) that did arrive at winslow post office on december 31 but they are yet to find! ill go down again today and wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes and stand around when they try (again) to find it. that about sums up their service. ive had the same post office box for over 25 years!

Inconsistent Normally the Bainbridge Office does a fine job sorting and delivering the mail. Most of the associates working at the counter do a fine job and are professional and kind to customers. Yet, occasionally issues come up that they seem unable to deal with appropriately. My mail is frequently (once or twice a month) in my neighbors boxes, and their mail is in my box. This fact, in and of itself, would not be a problem for me, it merely requires further staff development. My concern is over an incident inwhich one of the office workers lied to me about a delivery. She was not mistaken, but caught in a lie. I was able to immediately correct her because I held the dated postal delivery receipt in my hand. She seemed dumbfounded, and immediately walked away, without explanation. This incident compromised some of the trust I have in an institution that I once held beyond reproach.

literally the worst goddamn post office on the planet. they "delivered" one of my packages that was worth $60 to one of the parcel boxes at my apartment and put the key in the wrong mailbox and someone either stole my package, it was never delivered or it went missing in the post offices possession. the whole time this happened they were very unhelpful with figuring out how and why this happened, and they were acting really pissed and annoyed that i was even reaching out to try and fix things. couldve even been an employee that stole it, who knows. bottom line is i waited 2 weeks for an expensive package that inevitably went up missing and this company did nothing to help.

our regular mail carrier, Erica, is great. but when shes not working, her replacement doesnt deliver mail or delivers it to the wrong address. whomever delivers packages on sundays outright lies by indicating they "attempted delivery and left a delivery notice" on the door when that is 100% untrue, as i was outside all day on our front patio, including at the exact time the carrier said they tried to deliver. it wasnt even signature required, they could have left it at the door. but they didnt, because they lied about trying to deliver. the post office does zero about this. i have no idea where my packages are.

I wish I could give a negative rating. Worst Post Office on the planet. They have lost several of my packages. Most recently a Christmas present they couldnt find even with the Amazon tracking number. They then basically accused me of lying, saying it had been picked up. I will NEVER have anything of vslue or importance sent to my P.O. box again. Staff are generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had no issues till 2 months ago. Havent recieved a single one of my mail, including my liscenes. Went spent 3 hrs at the DOL and thry said that it had been sent back. This is all after talking with the mail lady whl delivers to my appartments, who didnt believe I lived there. Even though I confurmed multiple times that I did.

Ive been going regularly to this post office for years. Compared to the PO in Seattle, it is fine. Maybe heaven has a perfect post office, but on earth this PO usually has short lines, the staff assist you and the place is clean.

Always lost mail OR miss delivered mail. So far since 12/16 I have had over 480.00 worth of packages lost missing or stolen. Never had but one lost in California and that was with UPS..Something has to be corrected

Many times packages are undelivered and marked no acces to door when they simply do not want to come down my driveway. FedEx and UPS have no problem and have bigger trucks.

Mail is often times, late, missing or in other neighbors mailboxs. Staff seem knowledgeable about who is in-charge and how to be helpful. This branch needs serious help!

In the post office is friendly, but Im really disappointed with those who deliver mail. There is never an attempt to deliver packages that wont fit in the mailbox.
