Half of the household moved, each filed a change of address. I called and verified I was not moving and my mail still come to my address. After three days of trying to get my package and being told they dont know where it is because its bouncing around the city. Then after I called and spoke to Latasha who was an extremely rude manager and did absolutely nothing to try and help me, told me I would get one package today and the other would be held until the residents that put on a change of address came in person to the office to verify MY identity... Despite calling the previous days and ensured that my two packages would arrive to my SAME address Ive been living fit a year, and received one package a day later (4 days late total) to my address and my other package sent to the address of the residents that moved out. Latasha was the icing on the cake for terrible customer service, yelled over me on the phone, did not apologize for having no answers or solutions that I could personally do. She told me that until another party in another county came back to get office I could not prove I was me living at my address. I offered to bring in old mail with my address and id, offered to bring in my lease agreement. Still said that there was nothing I could do to get my package. Even though one did arrive...and one was sent to a change of address I verified wasnt me...

Called this location on a Tuesday about mail not being delivered to my house for a week or so and wondering where is and why its not being delelivered. The girl who I talked to said she was new but sounded nice enough. She got my information after trying to find a supervisor but said they all are in a meeting and one would call me back. No one did that day or the next... Or the next. So I called Friday morning and talked to a gentleman that also sounded helpful and he got my information and said he would call me back soon. Never did. So I called back about three as I knew they close at around 4. And talked to Latasha and she didnt seem as friendly as the other two but said she would talk to my post master and call me back probably not the same day but tomorrow. I decided to just go down in person before they closed at 2pm knowing I wouldnt get a call. Big surprise by noon when I went in I didnt get a call. Latasha informed me I wasnt getting my mail because I need to check it more often and if it gets too full they assume the house has been vacated which makes sense but her delivery of the information was rude and condescending. All the same I still thanked her and went about my day. I hope someone at USPS reads these as I see others have had issues with this same employee

When I called, a gentlemen answered; he went to see if a undeliverable package of mine was still at this location of if it had left on a truck to be return to amazon. He didnt take my name, address, or tracking #. I waited on the line to see if he came back for that info, as I thought he may have just had a brain-fart. Another gentlemen picked up the phone about a minute later and asked if I had been helped. I explained what had happened, and he said that a customer had came in and the first guy was helping them but that he could help me. From there on out, it was clear sailing and my package will be put in the mail today with my correct address on it. It sounds like I was fortunate with the fact that the nice gentleman helped me. I was worried because I got a dial tone the three different times I called before today. Around 10, 10:45, and 11:15 PM. Hopefully supervisors and corporate are stepping their game up. Ultimately I am happy with this mans help, and I will be getting my package tomorrow! :)

These people need to do their job properly, and need to apologize if mistake was made, especially when deliverimg couple of thousands dollar worth of item. Isnt there a reason why it requires a signature? Obviously they were in wrong unit trying to deliver a package, saying they attempted, and no one was there. In fact there were people at my place waiting for that package home, no way they didnt hear a knock. We can even hear 2nd floors door getting knocked. They also said they rang the bell. Duh? Our apartment does not have a bell. When my wife went there, there was no single apology, but repeated that she is lucky. What in the world? So if they mess up, its unlucky on us?

This is not really a post office. If youre searching for a post office, you should not be sent to a place that does not sell stamps, etc. Couldnt they at least put in a stamp machine so people like me dont drive all the way here only to find out its NOT REALLY A POST OFFICE?

Wife listed her full name (first, middle and last) on our new move in sheet. Despite that, they sent two packages back to the sender because they were "un-deliverable" due to my wife "having moved." She did not move. The postman did not read the full name.

Its not a regular post office, but its great for dropping off mail. The employees are friendly enough. *Edit* I dropped off about 7 packages the other day and someone scanned them all in as DELIVERED. My ebay customers and I are not happy.

This not a retail post office!!! No retail services offered!!!!! At least I got to enjoy a nice drive through the beautiful city of Fife! Now I just have to find a REAL post office!

Cant mail a package unless it has postage. Thanks Google maps for telling me its the only place open on a Saturday afternoon but useless to drive there.
