It keeps getting worse. I call the Graham Post office. Busy, all day. I call the 1-800 national number. Automated voice says 30 minute hold time. The whole system is screwed. This Graham P.O is the worse I have ever had the displeasure of going into. The people are rude, condescending, SLOOOOOOOW. This PO SUCKS on every level. I mail all my packages at the postnet rather than deal with these horrible people. And boy, if you ever have to call and complain.....more terrible service. I read all the reviews and I have complained for years. Unbelievable. My mail carrier keeps tooting when I have a package because she says a bush obscures her vision. I have a half moon driveway......pull into first driveway then, exit out south end drive with no bush which is the way you were going anyway you f$%^&* lazy person. Shame on all of you. There was no MINUS 5 BILLION star or I would have chose it. They wont change. It is only obvious.

All day long I have been at home waiting for my package to arrive. The Postal Office worker drives to the mail box(es) does their job and takes off. I check Amazon a few minutes after he leaves and I see that the "package was delivered". USPS notes that my package was left in the parcel locker, but guess what? No key is left in my mailbox to open the parcel locker. The package is presumably in the parcel locker waiting to get picked up by the person who was lucky enough to get the key to open the parcel. The genius left the key in someone elses mailbox to open and take my package. Perfect! So, I actually catch up to the postal worker and told him what he did and he said he would turn around and go inspect the issue and correct it. Does he come back? Nope. He leaves the neighborhood and I am stuck. Terrible service... A disgrace.

Ive had a PO Box here for 15+ years. Thousand of pieces of mail and 100+ packages with nearly flawless service. They have a package pickup door during busy hours to expedite things. They have lockers for afterhours pick up of packages (they put the key in my box and I open the locker). Many times I have gotten a pickup slip, and called the next day asking them to put the package in a locker, and when it fits, they have done this for me. It can get crazy busy first thing in the morning, around lunch and the last hour before closing. The 2 PM to 4 PM window is usually pretty calm. They have two self-service kiosks to buy postage and stamps. They are sometimes short-staffed, but this is because the US Congress has been screwing over their budget for 20+ years.

did not grab my mail one day (think it was a thursday). Then found a slip in the mail the next day that said they couldnt give me my mail because the box was full? Like really? First off, theres no way it was, unless for some reason I got famous over night, then theres no way I could of had a full mailbox. Secondly, who cares is the box is full? Cant you just wait a day then and give me my mail when it is not full? Can i get time to get my mail? I didnt know that my xfinity bill and promotional cupons were of the most urgent matter. Forgive me though, next time you put mail in my box, Ill make sure to hire a person that stays home all day while I work and runs to the box as soon as you put the mail in there. God forbid theres a little pile up.

In the past 6 months we have received other people mail that dont even live on this street. I have gone out to get the mail right after the truck finished only to find more than one mailboxes mail in the bank on the ground. The lady that delivers here is so sour I think and would like to suggest she get a different job if she hates it so much. The worst is that in the past two weeks the mail was not even delivered. This is especially concerning since both times I had the flag up for mail to go out. Now it might not make it to its destination in time and left it vulnerable to theft. I have never had such poor service anywhere I have lived!

Today my 3 year old daughter and I went in to mail a package. They were so helpful and kind to both of us. When we got to the counter the lady handed my daughter a snow globe with a Santa inside that said Joy. She told my daughter she said she had brought it in to give out to a special kid who was being polite, kind to others, and behaving for their Mom. She then told me good job Mom. In a world where so many people focus on the bad that children are doing it was refreshing to have somebody focus on the positive behaviors of a child. Thank you for helping to make my daughters day and pass on some Christmas spirit!

Unless you want your mail to go "missing" or be read and marked in BEFORE YOU GET IT, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE! Instead, go to PostNet (like I do). Theyre located at 17404 Meridian Ave E, Puyallup, WA 98375. They offer PO Boxes, copying/faxing services, and everything you would need to package and mail anything you choose with NO FEAR of it going "missing" or getting read/marked in BEFORE you get it! The only thing you cant do there is buy stamps but, since Posted is in the same complex as Fred Meyers, you can get your book of stamps before mailing off those bills.

The level of incompetence displayed at this location is astounding! Im more impressed with monkeys throwing their own feces. Ive been getting mail thats not mine for four years. After years of monthly notes describing only two people live here the lady just stopped delivering. Sited "potholes" as the excuse. Anywho, whilst picking up my mail I inquired as to why Im getting this mail, answer: "throw it away". I described it filing my mailbox to capacity and she responded "well I guess you wont have problem anymore". As I left perplexed she yells "have a better day"....mmmmmm tasty little jab!

Customer service is poor & Ive had MANY issues mailing things out of the country from this location. To top it off I received a notice to pick up 2 items at this location & was only given 1. When I got home & checked my order status it stated 2 were deliverd & were at this post office. Now they are trying to tell me they gave it to me. They are the WORST post office Ive experienced anywhere in Pierce county. If we didnt live in Graham & HAD to use them to pick things up I would NEVER step foot in there again. That staffing needs to go!

If we have our regular carrier everything goes off without a hitch. I adore Millie shes the best!!!! However without fail whenever we have a sub, my packages get lost or misplaced. Right now Im wondering where the antique gold pocket watch is that tracking shows was delivered to my locked mailbox today??? This is the 2nd time with in a month they just happened to mis deliver or loose something of monetary value. Not to mention getting my box for christmas in February last year with all the contents destroyed.
