I went in at 12:00 on a Thursday and there was a short line (only 2 people). I was helped quickly and both of the women working there were very polite and friendly. I was shipping a package internationally, so I wasnt sure what paperwork to fill out. They were very helpful and patient with me. I felt like everyone at this post office received great customer service. There was a lot of smiling going on :) I will definitely return to this post office again!

I arrived just before lunch time and there are long line after 12:00. I highly recommend you to visit here except lunch time. There are 3 counters (actually 4 but 1 of them is vacant) and peoples are very quick and nice. They manage multi processing to reduce waiting time. That is most interest thing in this post office. To have better service, you should know your zip code. I will save your time and others time too.

I tried calling 4 times to arrange a passport interview. No one answered. I then turned up in person just to arrange the appointment, only to be told that all slots were full, they couldnt tell me when the next available one was, and theyre too busy to answer the phone in the weeks. I get being busy, but at least have an appointment system and service line people can use. Every other company has solved this problem.

I kind of feel one of the Asian employee here has some problem, she PISSED on me out of no reason and denied sending a package for me and I have to stand in line go for help from another employee. The second one is absolutely nice and patient, helped out with the package. I feel so sad and embarrassed, especially I was trying my best to work with and even comfort the first lady... Yet got humiliated in return

Generally, the lines arent too bad at this location, and wait is reasonable. But unfortunately, this location does not have an automated teller machine. So any transaction requires a wait. Careful about the time, as this location closes very early (4:30 PM). Tip: Ingress players, dont forget to hack this portal a few times while waiting in line ;-).

I have not gone to this post office in person, this review is only for their customer service over the phone. I called with all my passport questions and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and addressed all my concerns. Not to mention this was the only Post Office in the area that didnt give me the busy signal when I called.

As a post office, this location is adequate. Some of the staff are helpful, some do not care. Often has a substantial wait, even outside of peak hours, and no automated machine. Passport hours are listed as: Mon to Fri, 10-11 AM and 12-2 PM.

Probably one of the worst USPS locations. The representative I worked with, Olivia, was very unhelpful. I saw her making fun of the customer ahead of me after he left. She was telling her colleague we even have to think for them

For a USPS, this is one of the better ones. Cleaner, with a working air conditioning system inside. More importantly, the staff is friendlier and slightly more efficient than the average USPS post office.
