No offense to the helpful individual I spoke with (Brian, I believe), but my previous calls (either unanswered or hastily taken) did no good with regards to a missing package. Tracking showed my package as delivered to my mailbox (it was not) and, upon speaking with this lone helpful individual, learned that my package was scanned in as having been delivered twice, once to my mailbox and once again before being left by the front door of another address on my block. Id like to give my dishonest neighbor a 1 star rating, also.

Hey mail guy. If a package is too big to fit in the mailbox, maybe hide it by the front door like a normal person would, or leave a "pick up note" for the resident. Dont just drop it in the dirt next to the mail box, 2 feet from the damn sidewalk, for any passing individual to easily steal! Lazy bastards!!! We pay up the ass to send mail now days, so it would be nice if you made an effort to get it to the receiver! NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS!

Hay post master.....How does someone with a criminal record for theft, get hired to the Woodlind Post office? Dont you do back ground checks? Shes a new hire! Anybody missing something?? She did 3 years in Jail!! Now shes got a job handling peoples personal information..... Great!

When an envelope is stamped with (DO NOT BEND) DONT fold and stuff. Rep from the office handled the situation is the only reason Im rating 4 from 1 star.
