Everyone seems nice but am not getting any mail. And dont even bother calling their number. Getting mixed messages. Newly built house, carrier says the mail is at post office. Post office says it is being delivered. Once I got the key to my box, found my mail there but now it has stopped. Picking it up at the post office where they tell me they cannot deliver to my box. That morning I saw a postman delivering to my neighbors in the same cluster box. U.S. postal system established - Jul 26, 1775. They still dont have it right. I ended up emailing the local NBC Bay Area tv station that does investigative reporting. Click on the Investigations link at the top menu, then the Consumer Reports tab at the top and you will see a link on the top right for submitting your problem. Within a couple weeks I get a call from the Antioch Postmaster who was all over himself to help me get my address in the USPS computer system. As of yesterday 01/12/17 I am still getting websites saying they dont recognize my address but they still take it and so far no shipments seem to be getting delivered to wrong address or returned as refused delivery as was happening previously. Also I know this wont reach many people but the Visa application service is non existent here. You cannot make an appointment on-line anywhere I can find so we went there. People were lined up waiting since 9 am for openings beginning at 10-12. When you read their signs there are 2 phone numbers provided. I have called these numbers numerous times and no one has ever answered and they do not go to voice-mail which is OK because they wouldnt check it if they had it. Definitely a government operation.

They are lazy, never answer there phone, and rarely deliver my packages. Ontop of that I have even called to stop having the old tentants mail from being delivered, they stated they changed it in the system. I have been writing on the mail (Return to sender past tentant no longer lives here), I keep receiving his mail along with the letters I have written on. I have gone to the post office itself and they have been rude and inconsiderate, they told me to write exactly what I have been writing and I would stop getting his mail, I explained to the man that I have been doing so for the past two months and I am still receiving all the mail including the ones I have returned. He had nothing to say not even a sorry, just said to do this and it would stop, almost three months later and still hasnt stopped. I moved down here in the beginning of April and this is possibly the worst experience I have ever had with the postal service. Something needs to be done to fix the issues everybody is having at this specific office, maybe hire better employees that care about there job, and find a better management that sees the job is being done correctly!

went to the post office to get postage for letters that had small gifts in them, to send to friends. since I didnt know the weight for postage I figured it would be better this way. I went in and the man at the desk was on the phone taking a personal call. Thats fine, I can wait, it wasnt busy otherwise. Its not professional but its not my business, its not hurting me. I was assisted after a few minutes and left with the hope the gifts would get there before the end of the week. Both friends live in different states. BOTH friends reported the gifts inside has been stolen, though the letters had been left alone. Im going in on Monday to deal with the post office because it cant be a coincidence, this has NEVER happened with my gifts before. This is absolutely unforgivable.

Unhelpful, slow, lifeless are just a few words Id use to describe this God awful place, its actually pretty funny my mailman for my route is equally bad just today Im having an issue with picking up my package the mail man left a notice on my Door stating I could pick my package up from my local post office yay for me

I was waiting for my mail,my mailbox had the flag up and the mailman did not stop to pick up my mail. I got out and chase the mailman car and asked him why he did not pick up my mail.He said that nobady stops if there is no mail to deliver. I wworked for the post office and that is not true. What is going on.

I have dealt with this post office for 8 years now, and have shipped a lot of parcels through them. They are always friendly, efficient and very helpful. Even at peak times I have never had to wait more than 10 mins. Excellent office, dont understand the negative reviews.

They lost my package and one of the men that worked there openly admitted that they may have mistakenly put it to another P.O box... I call and call they give me the run around and say that someone will get back to me and no one ever does! They suck!
