The service I went for this office was roger a refund of my priority mail which was late for delivery. I stayed in line for the service and when it was my turn, the lady told me that they dont do refunds at that office and also there were too many customers waiting. She asked me to go to a different office which I did but I am still not sure if this office is not doing refund or they were just too busy.

Unknowledgeable, uncaring employees, most of whom cant even speak English properly. I gave it an extra star simply because the facility is cleaner than most other post offices in the area.
